The unit was very old. The carpet was dirty, the room it itself was not cleaned properly. There was a hole in the fridge door, one of the two burners worked and. it was covered in black stuff. Y’all advertise that the kitchen comes fully equipped however that’s false because front desk informed me that I had ti come to the front desk to get everything I would need for the kitchen. Once I got down there she told me they were out of stuff. The room slept 4 people so it should have 4 towels sets however it was 4 stained bath towels, 2 stained hand towels and 2 stained washcloths. I called to get more but I was told that they could take the towels I had put my room number on it and it could be washed. So I just went out and brought towels for me and my family. There was ceiling damage in the bathroom, under bathroom sink, under island in kitchen. There was ac by the bed had a dent in it . Also, I’m not sure if someone was living here before by the same last name but after I got checked in a piece of mail was hanging in our door, no knock nothing. I understand that I wasn’t going to get the highest quality but y’all don’t have the basics.

Poor security-rear door is wedged with a rock making entrance into the facility easy for anyone to come in. Booked for a special room but was offered something else-correction made the following day after complaining to the manager. The front desk staff are not readily available. The night staff is difficult to locate especially when one is needed. The front entrance is not accessible at night. The only rear door entrance is not key accessible. If the rock keeping the glass door is removed, someone has to open the door for one to get in.. Most of the time nobody is at the front desk.

Not much-tea coffee, and some donuts and grits and nothing else. Everything is gone after a short period of time. Poor breakfast with not much offered.

When i asked staff upon arrival, i was not informed that Breakfast was "grab and go" with very little provided, considering the number of guests, we ended up with only a cup of coffee although we were there well before breakfast hours were over. Our "deluxe" room was missing several amenities that were listed; coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, utensils/cookware... stains on the carpet, water damage in the bathroom causing the floor to sink in and linoleum to peel back from the tub as well as darkening loosened grout in shower tiles wearing away which made me cringe at the thought of using the shower/tub... broken cover on one of the a/c units, rip in the fabric on the chair...

My carpet was just clean, and the guest above me made a lot of noise. Couldn't get in the pool due to the storm. I've seen several roaches. Mike at the front desk said they didn't have any rooms to suit what I requested. Also, I was in a handicap room.Not coming back to this Extended Stay Mexicans in hallway looked scary..

The constant travel down the hall of seemingly random people that didn't appear to stay in the Hotel.Needs A LOT of work.

Had some critters during my stay and some problems procuring cookware and dishes / utensils. Carpet was old and looked dreary.

Bed was horrible and so were the pillows. Our shower nozzle was broken so you had to hold it and spray yourself down, wash fast and then hold it to rinse.

The room was not modern as it stated. Did not have a cozy welcoming feel. Did not like being on the first floor and the smell was not inviting.

It was a decent room . Bathroom weren’t that clean . Our microwave didn’t work and refrigerator didn’t really cool our drink . Got drinks from the vending machine, it was warm temperature . Breakfast was poor . No other option to choose from just oatmeal and muffins.

Service was wonderful . Staff very friendly and explained our concerns.
