The treadmill machine at the fitness room didn’t work, or at least I couldn’t make it work! The lady at the front desk was nice and polite, but she admitted not knowing anything about the treadmill machine. She was respectful and apologetic. I appreciate that.

The front desk receptionist at the time of my checking in, Jose, was really nice. He came within minutes to check the commode at the room we were assigned and tried to plunge and fix that. After failing to fix that, he reassigned us to a different room on the same floor, and checked the commode before moving us to the room. He apologized for the inconvenience. We really appreciated his professionalism. Thanks Jose.

We always enjoy our stay at comfort inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool temperature is very nice. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety.

The price was ridiculous (almost $200 including taxes for one night). I understand that it was Indy 500 weekend but to more than double the room rate is greed.

Staff were fantastic - friendly & helpful. All areas were clean and fresh smelling. Room was basic but had everything needed for an overnight stay.

The refrigerator in the room was a bit loud, and the WiFi was quite weak. A quieter refrigerator and stronger WiFi would have improved the experience. The internet connection was not sufficient for video calls (Zoom) or streaming, so if you need to work on platforms like Zoom, this could be an issue.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze and set a positive tone for the stay. The room was clean comfortable,and met expectations for a short stay.

It was a little noisy at times. There were kids running through the halls. There were also people slamming doors at times.

I've been here a couple times now, and this time the breakfast was really good. There was a good variety of foods. They had protein, grains, and fruit options. Before, they only had grain options for some reason.

Room door was broken and had to be slammed closed and forced open. 2 dollars for grocery store water is ridiculous. Vending machine was jammed and left unlocked.

I specifically asked for late check-in as I was driving 4.5 hours after work and received a call trying to cancel my reservation because they “were really busy and not sure I was coming.” When we got to our room (212) the door was not closed all the way, which was disconcerting. After thoroughly checking the room, we decided it was an issue with the door not easy to close. The door to the bathroom is broken and does not lock. The kitchenette sink faucet is sealed with the wrong type of caulk and looks sloppy and unsanitary. I did notify the front desk about the door not closing without really making sure you hear the door mag lock engage.

Just the older building, some repairs and changes need to be made there.

The staff we talked to were so helpful, friendly and kind. We were there for a night the Sunday before Christmas and a night the Friday after. It is an older building and there are broken windows, chargers don't all work, and paint is chupping. However, the willingness to let us check in early, play cards in the lobby, and wish us a Merry Christmas was a blessing and I would book my family there again. The price was great and the Denny's in the parking lot was awesome. Plus, you can just hop right on 65.

The location is great. Everything you need is within walking distance (grocery store, 8 restaurants, 3 gas stations and more) . It's very quiet and clean. We live just right around the corner but my husband and I like to sneak away every once in a while.

The room needs some maintenance: The floor length mirror was broken off and just leaning against the wall. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The Bath tub drain was very slow. The shower curtain was moldy/dirty at the bottom.

The toilet seat 🚽 was not on correctly or didn't fit the toilet! The elevator, twice alarmed with people inside and did not move! I took the stairs to the second floor. Yikes

The location was convenient and the price unbeatable. It was only a one night stay. I was there long enough to sleep. The shower was great and the toilet paper was better than most hotels!

It is a little scruffy around the edges, and the foot of our bed was higher than the head, (still comfy though), and the parking lot smelled like a mix of weed and pipe.

The staff is very nice, check in was super quick (less than a minute). My daughter thought the eggs at breakfast were seasoned well, and we got the pool to ourselves to do a little workout.
