Better breakfast. I ended up going to the Starbucks in downtown Woodstock. That said, there wasn't anything wrong with your offering - just my personal preference for Starbucks when I'm on a trip. My little weakness.

I stayed here in connection with some volunteer work was doing for a nearby museum. It's not a luxury motel, nor does it pretend to be. It was clean, quiet and the staff I dealt with was friendly. Good enough for me. I should say that I've stayed several times at the Super 8 across the street, and you place was definitely much better.

I didn’t like that we had issues with our room key and hot water for morning shower took too long to warm up. I went ahead and took a semi-cold shower.

The breakfast was substandard. There were minimal choices and the coffee was undrinkable. There was a strong unpleasant order in the bathroom. There were a few dead insects on the floor.

In the past this hotel seemed like an amazing value. Stayed here in October was 64 for the night. This trip 2-3 months later it was 90. Not the cleanest room. Lots of drunks/crackheads looking people just stagnet outside when you arrive. When I left there was an empty fifth of vodka laying against my Audi at check out. One guy working who watches YouTube videos non stop and ignores customers standing right in front of him cause he is glued to his phone.

Room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom. Partially full water bottle left on the floor from the previous guest. The batteries in the remote were dead. Clock was flashing and didn't work. Hallway stunk of weed. No elevator. Only 1 towel in room.

Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for more towels. The location was convenient for us.

I didn't like the check in experience had a few issues when checking in and was given a little attitude but was able to get it done and checked in. Also I expected more of the Breakfast but it was super basic and didn't offer a lot of varieties or hot options other than waffles and this wasn't specified in the beginning.

I liked the location and the Special that was available at the moment it was a good rate for what was offered.

It could have been cleaner. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, and the linens looked dingy and dirty, even though they were clean.

My room #107 smelled horribly from cigarettes and marajuana. It was really unpleasant and gross. Very Disappointing since the facility claims to be “smoke, Vape and weed free”. No counter surface in the bathroom to place my toiletry bag. No appropriate way or place to hang my dresses so they were not 1/2 way laying on the floor. The Ice machine did not produce ice. The tv remote would not change channels. There was an empty Pepsi bottle on the floor that was there when I walked in. Hand soap dispenser did not work. The base of the toilet and sink were not cleaned well.

Decent location distance from venue I attended. The bed was comfortable.

No smoking wasn't enforced on the wing where my room was located (124), a cannabis odor seeped into my room anytime the bathroom vent fan came on. No complimentary soap to wash hands with or bathing soaps if desired. Outside access was consistently propped open or seemed not to be in working order, a safety concern. Vending machines are cash only, no card option. I heard construction noises above my room after midnight.

The card did not work on the side door, so had the pull all luggage and bags across the snow covered parking lot and then walk all the way around the halls to get to the room. Bathroom door had hole in it, wallpaper peeling.

My wife and I are 80 years old, I went out of my way to check in at 3 o clock. The person at the front desk did not understand or speak English. We were given a 2nd floor room accessible only by a flight of 18 stairs. He would not switch us to a 1st floor room. The room was dirty. The mirror had smudges all over it. The bathroom door didn't close. The night stands were covered in spilled soft drink residue. The television didn't work. The phone didn't work. The breakfast was terrible. 2 of 4 cereal dispensers were empty. There was a waffle machine and some rolls. Nothing hot, nothing fresh. I was charged twice for the room, I asked the woman at the front desk to help with that problem, she said it didn't happen. I have my credit card bill, it did happen.

Didn't have an elevator and I would of asked for a 1st floor room then. Also has a pool but it was empty.

The breakfast had no plates. Ice machine out of order. And juice machine at breakfast out of order.

Location is good. The breakfast was out of plate napkins and juice machine was out of order. We were told the plates and napkins were on order but did not come yet. Walmart is around the corner come on. We and 3 other people come in to eat but could not because of this issue. Our room was good. It was clean warm and quiet.

Room has tons of holes in the walls, stained bedding and drapes. Reception desk was filthy, garbage all over the floor. Spiders in the bathroom. Ice machine and vending machine were broken. We paid for a king room and was given 2 doubles. We arrived hours after our check in time and the room still wasn’t ready.

It was dirty, there were creepy people hanging around outside and in the lobby and it smelt badly. The smell of something, I’m not sure what it was, was very strong and hurt my nose walking down the hallway. Then the smell of pot was also very strong. I didn’t feel very safe staying in this hotel. When I went to check in there was no one at the desk and no one came for a little while even after ringing the bell. There was a guy sitting in the lobby who wanted to know my whole life story and would not leave me alone, very uncomfortable. I ended up not staying, I was so uncomfortable being by myself at this hotel, I left during the night.

The price was good, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good in the shower.
