CanadaThe place seemed abandoned with no room cleaning service. Everything was closed or not working always for example pool restaurant gyms etc. parking at the hotel is also very sketchy as they told us to park in the back where there were consoled vehicles. There were also barely anyone staying here. It’s unfortunate as the place seemed to have been wonderful at some point years ago.

United StatesUnderstaffed. This is the second time I have asked for a room that had a window to where I can see the parking lot, and staff does not acknowledge my request. The air conditioner was so loud in the room and the bathtub had pubic hair in it before being used.

United StatesAfter I was moved to the third room, because of the horrible cleaning.... I just gave up and used all the towels for the bathroom floor. The front desk lady was nice and said that they were training new Housekeepers, she was sorry... I'm sorry but if your training, the supervisor should be checking the work. I use to work housekeeping and train, we always checked.

United StatesA lot of things could have been better, a realistic price point, such as Motel 6 rates, fix the pool, open the Restaurant, stock the vending machines, fix the ice makers again. Its only saving grace was that it gave us connecting rooms, and that was something I could not find. And that isn’t even a bonus. What breakfast? The pool is cracked and has been that way for a long, over 2 years, there’s no Resturant, no gym, no snack bar, this property charges still for amenities that it no longer has, and the owner has no intentions of changing the facilities.
Not much comes to mind. There is nothing here to like, no pool, no gym, no food or bar, no good place to get anything to eat, very few tv channels, the WiFi is super slow, and the building itself isn’t good at letting cell signals through.

United StatesThey had almost none of the amenities advertised. They didn’t have cable TV in the room. No pool, restaurant, spa, gym, they even advertised having bidets. I didn’t even have bath towels in the room. When I asked for bath towels, I was told housekeeping was locked up until morning. I had to use the one hand towel in the room to dry off after showering.
