United StatesThe room was filthy. The rug had stains and food pieces left all over like no one vacuumed. The outside of the fridge and walls had stains all over them. There were bugs crawling all over the walls. The microwave was rusty and unusable and we needed it so we were very disappointed. We did not feel comfortable to even sleep there but we had no choice as it was midnight and just needed to sleep before driving 2 hours home from the airport. We will never stay at this hotel again.
The only plus was the proximity to the airport. The lady who checked me in late night was excellent and I knew we had woken her to check in.

United StatesThe room was dirty and filled with smoke smell (despite being a 'smoke free room"). I am an asthmatic and had breathing difficulty in just staying 5 minutes in the room. I tried calling the help desk but the telephone provided in the room was not working. I called the number provided on the website and they advised me to walk to the front desk and talk. Although the front desk offered to move me to another room, the replacement room smelled the same. They refunded the amount and we checked out and to find another hotel/room (not through booking.com). The whole experience was so bad. Will take ratings on booking.com with a grain of salt going forward.

United StatesIt was extremely noisy. Anytime someone shut their door, because the doors were out of line, it would sound like someone was coming through the walls. All. Night. Long. The refrigerator made a loud popping sound every time it engaged. As soon as I drifted off to sleep, it made that loud sound and I was awake again.
