Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe elevator was small and slow. We stayed on the 4th floor with two kids so the stairs were not a friendly option for us, so we had to wait for room on the elevator a few different times. Another issue was we couldn’t get the shower to turn on and had pull it up multiple times before it would stay and after it would randomly make a high pitched sound that we would have to wiggle the faucet to get it to stop.
The location is great and the property has a variety of choices for breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room is sated but it was clean.

United StatesThe property could use some updates. Our vent in the bathroom didn’t work, I think our bed may have been broken (it was very uncomfortable), the pool had some rusted areas. The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable as well.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There are a ton of outlets to charge various devices within the room. There is a heat lamp in the bathroom, the kids loved that while changing from their cold bathing suits. There is a nice sized mini refrigerator with freezer.
