The only issue we encountered was that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. It was about 3:45 and we’d been on the road nearly six hours. We went to a local pub type place and killed some time before we could check in. There is no restroom to use if you haven’t checked in. Thankfully the gal at the front desk let us use the staff restroom, which was nice.

Nice location, close to the 210, but with little to no highway noise. We were there for a music festival at the Rose Bowl, so the location was very convenient. That part of Monrovia/Arcadia offered a lot of great restaurant choices.

I noticed a lot of over night car guest( people sleeping in the parking lot. Shower and water pressure or shower head could be better. The cabinets are not practical tge set up in the adds and online photos would be more practical kitchen shelves.

I enjoyed my stay here it was close to my destination.

The main front desk clerk wasnt responsible for the mishap. Her staff didnt complete their job for the day.

The room that was provided was “cleaned” and we went inside the bed was used. Went to front desk and they were so over booked she only had 1 more room but didnt have the comforter for the bed and no pillow cases. She promised a 25% discount but still have to yet see the refund.

The refrigerator made aloud noise. The light in the bathroom was dim. The coffee was weak. The room had an odor, it did not smell clean. The location of my room. Too far from the elevator.

The bed is clean and comfortable. The breakfast, except weak coffee, this trip. Friendly staff. Free parking.

There were roaches and the rooms were a bit overpriced. They do not offer any points, discounts or bonus promotions for an extended stay at their locations. The Extended Stay that was literally around the corner appeared to be nicer and cleaner.

I loved the location. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The rooms are a nice size.

The hotel has really started to smell like dogs. Every room on my floor had one. Stairwells, hallways-all smelled of dog urine and feces. Yuck.

The facility could be updated, like clean carpeting, brighter colors. THere could be actual breakfast not just coffee, granola bars and oatmeal. Also, the mirrored closets are creepy.

Location next to 210 Freeway was a little noisy. The muffins in the morning were not that tasty. Kind of mediocre fare and limited room for a breakfast area. The mattress on the bed in room 330 had a distinct tilt away from the wall. The electrical plugs with black and red buttons was not marked and i think it caused my computer to lock-up. No clear instructions for using Wi-Fi.

The room was comfortable enough for 2 days. The hotel was fairly centrally located for my activities.

When I got there to check in, no one was at the counter. I looked around for a bow or someway to announce I was there. I just yelled hello, hello! No one answered after almost 10 minutes I called the property number. The phone just rang and rang. So then I called the corporate number and they said give us just a moment and put me on hold. Then finally a girl Hurried out from the back. Should be able to help me. About 40 seconds later I am Man hurried. out of the back and asked me if I was being helped. It just seem like they had some thing more exciting going on then working. Anyway overall the place was a little bit crusty empty cigarette box in the parking lot the whole week nobody ever swept cigarette butts All over the “picnic area” You could tell the inside of the bathtub was painted at some point and it was peeling some of the linoleum counters were peeling. Not unsanitary just unkept
