The pool was down but it wasn’t a big deal.

I liked how close it was to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The stay was very affordable and the beds were comfortable.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. We had a room with a private patio, which meant beach access any time. And I slept on a chaise under the stars one of the nights. It was awesome!!! The pool and hot tub being under construction didn't effect us. We rarely use them on a beach trip. We're there for the beach.

**Review of Beach House Inn, Daytona Beach, FL** The Beach House Inn offers a fantastic oceanfront stay with a prime location just steps from the beach and close to attractions like Daytona Lagoon and the Ocean Walk Shoppes . The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth and offering helpful local tips . Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring modern amenities like a fridge ,coffee and a dtove, with many guests praising the property’s overall tidiness . The only downside was the temporary closure of the pool, but direct beach access more than made up for it . Highly recommended for a relaxing, budget-friendly getaway in Daytona Beach!

I did not like the parking. There were times where I had to park across the street because the lot was full. It seemed like staff also parked at the hotel, which takes up space from guests. I think it would be better if they parked across the street in order to give guests access first. I did not like that the pool area had not been fixed yet and that the access to the beach is from 9a-9p. We had to walk down a couple hotels to get beach access or drive to another location, which was not great because then you have to pay to park almost everywhere in Volusia County. Having open access to the beach would be a lot better. The check in lobby was messy with a lot of items on the tables and the staff didn’t seem too concerned about the appearance. There was a crack with a small hole in our bathroom window, which was not a major issue. More of a cosmetic thing. The blinds in the kitchen were broken (wouldn’t go up or down), but not a huge issue.

It was quiet and cozy. The staff were amazing and very responsive. At check in the staff person walked to the room to check it before fully signing us in. There was an issue with the AC in the first room so she immediately changed us to a different one. Claudia was one of the maids and she was super friendly and provided us with whatever we needed as maid service has to be requested. Overall it was a nice surprise kind of hotel. It seemed to be upgraded on the inside of the rooms whereas it would not seem like that from the outside. The bed was very comfy and the water pressure was great! The sink could’ve been different to allow more space to put things, but not a deal breaker.

After using booking.com I had booked the wrong room, it was supposed to be a King room with a balcony. The hotel made it right with no up charge.

We had road problems on the way and didn’t make it till after 11:00 pm and the manager was super accommodating. The beach view was incredible, the staff was great. Everything worked out great.
