And, the telephone did not work, so, to report the other two issues I would have had to a) walk to the office which is quite distant, or b) take my car to the office. (for some reason the office stands alone in a remote building.

United StatesThe rooms are tucked away towards the back of the property far from he main office which was a little spooky. The room needed some updating... the paint around the door frames were chipped and the bathroom was very dated and dark. The room had a funny odor when we first entered so we had to run the A/C unit for awhile to get some fresh air flowing. The hallway recked of (bad) weed even though it was non-smoking building. Mind you, we did arrive late at night since this was just a roadtrip stop. No vending machines in our building... even through there were signs for them.
The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the room was clean. The free, hot breakfast started early at 6am and was good! The kids loved the waffle machine.
