Little dated, some transient things going on.

It had the basics, clean sheets, hot shower, coffee and basic grab and go breakfast.

Upon entering room, could smell very musty/deep smoky smell like someone had at one point in time smoked in the room, though my reservation was for a non smoking room. Room overall was spacious, bed was pretty uncomfortable and was harder than we expected. Bathroom also lacked personal hygiene supplies (shampoo, conditioner mini bottles) also, room heating/cooling into did not work in our room. Facilities overall were clean. Vending machine area was too expensive, $2 for a can of soda is too costly when you can buy a 12pk for $6-$7..also, didn’t accept debit cards. Pool area lacked proper towels to dry off with and pool overall was pretty cold. Breakfast was a “grab and go style” and didn’t consist of much other than 1 type of muffin and some fruit. Would stay here again overnight just to have an overnight staycation as there was a pool for the kiddos.wouldn’t recommend for long term stays however.

Could tell it was old, needed some updating. The bathroom had a drywall seem in the ceiling cracking and completely exposed. The mini split wouldn’t turn on, it worked but the display didn’t. It was unplugged upon arrival.

I did like the layout of the room, the location of the hotel itself was good, easy to get to restaurants and stores.

The room had a bad odor. a stale cigarette smell but it was supposed to be a smoke free room. Outside was a lot of loud noisy people until late at night.

Room was not very clean. Husband picked up the remote and his hand got sticky. Bedside tables had sticky spots. Refrigerator had baking soda (I hope that’s what it was) sprinkled all over so it was unusable. Kitchen chairs (that were actually rolling desk chairs) were filthy stained. “Breakfast” was coffee, juice, banana, apple, orange, and yogurt (but no spoons).

Was a great location for where we needed to be.

My room was filthy. I found a pee soaked blanket in the fold out couch and a used diaper underneath the couch. My mother's room was cleaner but not handicapped ascessible as it could have been she also found small pills in the bathroom. The one night host was super rude and was almost asleep at the desk when I checked in. The elevator smell of Marijuana and cigarette smoke.

The bed was super comfortable. The space to cook was nice just in the room we were the vent was almost to low to actually stir a pan. Pool was available no hot tub unfortunately.

The location was close to everywhere I had to go. 3 meetings in a town for the first time can be scary but the GPS mapped it out so I was able change in between with no problem

There were knats in my room, I thought breakfast was until 10 (like most hotels that I've visited) but it was over at 9, I had a problem with my door locking, and the morning front desk attendant was kind of rude in my opinion

The livingroom tv didn’t work at all - there was a hide a bed - but no sheets blankets or pillows for it - strong smell of marijauma through out hotel - breakfast consisted of small muffin and juice or coffee

Ants in the room, electricity only in half the room( the half with the kitchen), the door handle for the bathroom wouldn't open from inside the bathroom- I had to push on the handle really hard to get my daughter in law out. The room didn't look anything like the picture of it that was shown when booked.

There were ants in our hotel room, people left garbage bags in the hallway in the morning and they were still there in the evening time, the bed was small and not very comfortable, breakfast was non existent

Pool: shower/restroom never cleaned the 5 days we were there. Only 1 out of 5 days were there any towels. Pool water freezing. Also outside people seemed to come and go using the pool rooms restroom/shower due to the outside doors not latching or locking Laundry: only 1 working dryer, people took our clothes out to put theirs in even though we were constantly checking. Seemed like several residents there, need more laundry capabilities Carpets disgusting 3rd floor constantly smelled like weed Room for 4 but no linen for the pull out sofa, only 2 towels Beds were awful, woke up in pain daily We went through at least 6 different key cards. Issues from the first check in, front desk said they’d put a work order in, likely the batteries, we were locked out daily and told it was the cards being near electronics even though we kept in the key folder, the lock/door seemed to have issues. Large breakfast area to just have muffins. Misunderstood the free breakfast thinking it was an actual meal Poorly lit hallways made it seem dreadful and dingy Soft spots in the floor of hallway felt like we would fall through the floor No electric doors for handicapped or even to assist with getting the carts in and out

Everything was great except the Hot Breakfast. There was NO HOT BREAKFAST. Only cereal, yogurt, and some pastries. Nothing we, my husband, and I could eat. I was disappointed there was not a hot tub. But that was my fault for not calling to find out. Booked a room for 3 and only towels for 2. It's frustrating when you are naked and can't go get one extra. Wasn't sending my grandson by himself. The swimming pool was too cold.

Loved the rooms and how they were set up. It was great. People were very friendly.

Lack of professionalism No clean towels available first thing in the morning said laundry hadn't been done Room fire alarm covered up.

I stayed on 3rd floor and it smelled like weed the whole time I was there. There was also weed found and given to staff on my floor. Bugs in room. Sink stopped up and was told just stick hand in sink and press up and down a few times. Remote didn't work. Dishes dirty in dishwasher. Rolling suitcase carts wheels falling off When I got ready to check out I had to wait 5 min or more at the desk after ringing bell then call number for front desk lady to come on from outside smoking ughhh Let out couch sheets dirty. Mattress so thin it was like sleeping on wires.
