I didn’t like how dirty our bathroom was, our keys didn’t work on multiple occasions and ours weren’t the only ones.

I liked the location of the property it is close to highway and has a lot of stores and restaurants around.

No pool this is the second time I booked a place and the pool was being worked on. Looked like being worked on long term. No smoking but could of stayed in the hall for contact high.

The bathroom sink would not drain. The tv would not shut off. There was no shuttle to the airport, as advertised.

Once you get to the room it gets creepy. We turned the lights on and it just flickered. The tv was already turned on. The shower looked dirty and rusty. Room definitely needs some upgrades.

There were zero rolls of toilet paper in my room and one of the double beds was not made up at all with clean bedding, someone clearly forgot to come back and finish the room. The black bed skirt was nasty dirty like someone spit or wiped snot all over it, yuk! The rest was fine.

There were veryfew ammenities in the rooms. We had to go downstairs to get more toilet paper. There wasn't any extra in the room. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Shower was very small and easy to slip in the tub. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and had a nice sitting area to hang out as well.

It was under construction. Dusty, stunk, people walking around with hard hats. Windows weren’t even sealed in. Room was disgusting. Ended up with an upper respiratory infection. Used spoon under the fitted sheet. Moldy wall. Hole in wall in the bathroom. Didn’t even stay the last night. Decided to leave it early because it was just so gross.

It is going through major reconstruction. Honestly it should just be torn down to be built anew. This was not in the description when reserving. Nor was any of the conditions of the rooms. Hot water took about 10 minutes. AC was a hit or miss in the rooms. The beds did not have mattress protectors and there were LARGE stains. The mold on the shower curtains and in the bathroom in general. Pool was drained and out of use due to construction. The caution tape on the outside definitely made me question my choices.

The facility was old, and small things were broken shower rod toilet didn't work properly. And there was definitely smoking ( not cigarettes)despite the over ample no smoking signs.

The phone in the room didn’t work. The fridge in the room didn’t work found a pile of cat food inside the bathroom and the topper was my key card. Wouldn’t work in my door and they said they were gonna send maintenance up to change the battery on the door lock and when we got back it almost 10 o’clock at night my door was open. So being a single woman walking in with her child at night to a room that was open is disheartening. Let the front desk know about it and they really didn’t care. So we barricaded the door with the coffee table, chairs, and suitcases.

As above. Completely unsafe unsanitary and unsatisfactory. The lack of customer service or care and attention after the stay are tantamount to what this hotel thinks of its guests Don’t stay here

There was nothing to like about this property. Not only was the stay abysmal the property had completely ignored all attempts to provide any form of customer service. Booking.com itself barely got involved and gave us a paltry £12 back. DO NOT STAY HERE. If you arrive you will see a sign saying the hotel is in need of major renovations and no notice of this when booking. These repairs had yet to happen. My husband who I booked the stay for was put in a room with black mould, coming from a broken window, a huge active leak in the ceiling and peeling paint showing this was an on going issue in this room. Why this room was even offered to a guest astounds me. When he complained they put him in a smoking room despite it being a non smoking room. He had to move rooms again, and on the last too while the stay was finally tolerable he got kicked out of his room several times. He received no customer care or attention during his stay and we have received nothing in response from the hotel. Despite my saying I would be letting future guests know the state of things I am not someone who usually complains so read into that what you will. We have a video of the mouldy leaking peeling window/ceiling

Breakfast was mediocre and barely warm, toaster didn’t toast the bread, and coffee/tea located on other side of wall to breakfast area. Not very convenient. The hotel smelled awful. Suggest removing all carpets and and non pet-friendly floor of rooms. My spouse is allergic to dogs. Hotel undergoing renovations under Sonesta name. Hope huge improvements will provide a higher quality stay.

The location, friendly lady on night desk and free shuttle to car rental as we arrived after midnight.
