More warm lighting options, as the overall space (living room specifically) felt cold and sterile. We had to talk to staff several times to solve room assignment and billing errors, but every staff member was extremely kind and helpful.

Price was steep, breakfast was lackluster and didn't have items that said would be offered on the chalkboard, paying for parking is a joke when they have plenty of space and are in the middle of nowhere.

There was no fan in the bathroom. Unimpressed with the sleep sofa.

Our bathroom door didn’t lock in room 317 and the water pressure was okay but not super strong. I slept on the pullout couch and there was some dirt and glitter on it when we got there but I dealt with it.

Good location away from most things. The outside was well kept and the inside was very beautiful.

9:15 Coffee was out. I told the woman in the kitchen who was doing something on her phone. Coffee had to be brewed so it was over 5 minutes before it was ready. Breakfast available was fine, typical of free breakfast offerings.

There was a man working the breakfast area who was so very kind and pleasant. I think Charles was his name. Quite an asset.

Bathroom products were pretty basic but I guess that's what I could expect for this type of hotel. It's not really walking distance to any restaurants.

The staff was welcoming and professional. Daily breakfast was actually good. They also have underground parking which was nice when it was raining. Across the street are sports facilities so I can see this as a convenient location if there are tournaments.

The opening of the restaurant, it was a welcomed necessity in our case, and we were the very first customers served in the grand opening, I would have thought there would have been something offered complimentary because of being the first. The food was very good. I still have Kofi on my prayer list and pray his heart transplant went well. We enjoyed Kofi very much.

Served later than I could take advantage of, having to be with a hospital patient that needed to leave by 5:30am

The suite room layout was perfect. Very clean. Everything worked. Great amenities at hotel. We could have gone cheaper...but why. This place was perfect all around.
