Bathroom floor dirty, discovered after spilled a little water, and tissue used to wipe up water showed black dirt. Towels were sparse and thin. Bathroom vent fan, not effective. Could not handle humidity from shower.

Property was a good location, but the customers that was next-door it was real loud They were arguing baby making noise all night all morning so much boom in the room you have to pay for housekeeping to change your linen that should be in the stay. Also, they need to have breakfast that should be in the stay you have to go out and buy your own food and your own dishes because they charge too much for theirs when it should be in the stays come with the room

Room was clean upgrade on the kitchen net. The room we stay in was OK but the noise next-door in the other room was unacceptable. So much noise every night also We we saw the police at the property for someone else just was not a good seven day experience. Also, you have to pay for dishware when it should come with the kitchenette. The room was dusty oh candy and trash in the room. The noise was unacceptable.

Housekeeping was nonexistent. It always smelled bad, had to pretty much do all of our own house keeping, including washing their towels. Dog fees were extremely high.

The kitchenette was functional.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Some of the things in the room was not clean like the bathtub wasn’t clean. Had to set the iron board against the wall for it to stand up for us to iron and I think the rugs need shampooing in the rooms and the hallway

Beds need be more comfortable,,appliances need to be upgraded they were old and you can tell. There were roaches not many but a few.

One of my key cards did not work but it was not the main issue or an issue at all. No pool or hot tub. Breakfast amenities could have been better as there wasn’t much to offer.

I liked that the room was clean and the sheets did not have a dirty smell to them. As well as the kitchen had been freshly cleaned when I checked in however the sink drain was a little questionable. Something to note is that this hotel did not require a deposit to stay even for one night (deposit required for 1 week plus)Staff were extremely friendly and helping. Technology was great and tv did work and did not have a broken remote. Bathroom was clean with fresh towels and shower/bath tub was appropriate. Inside the lobby was very clean. I have stayed at the Rodeway Inn (requires 100 deposit) and the Super 8 here and I would rather sleep in my vehicle than stay at those two places again. I would stay here again.

The GM/ Clerk was very nice!!!!….Old outdated rooms/appliances no dishes unless (you purchase) them from the front desk GM said we would be able to keep them after purchase… like who sell cookware to customers no housekeeping said they only come every 2 weeks.. if need extra towels/ tissue etc. they will have to charge us.. as long as I’ve been staying at hotels … this blew my mind !!!! Strange males hanging around in lobby area watching and around outside smell of someone smoking weed around front entrance area. No clerk at desk while customer standing there for service. Clerk was sitting outside under pavilion. Later in the evening after 6:00 p.m metal roll down door was pulled down. That Sunday We checked out or walked out placed key cards in the container on the table to the right of the counter around 8:41 A.M and the metal roll was still pulled down over the counter no clerk….this was an experience I will never forget!!! And will neverrrrrr stay at any Extended Stay again!!!!

The room was very dirty, there was still food in the fridge from previous occupants, hair on the sink, no towel or soap in the bathroom sink. Burn marks on the bathroom sink, and the bathroom faucet didn't work properly. The room smelled terrible bc of the old food in the fridge. No one was at the front desk our entire stay, we had to call and wait 10+ minutes to be checked into our room. Would not recommend!
