Renovations were clearly done in the room and some of the light switches were very dirty. The whirlpool jets didn’t really work so it was like a large tub with some half hearted bubbles.

The price was good and the location was great. The staff was a little cranky but not bad. We stayed in a room with a whirlpool and not every hotel offers that- especially at that price.

Breakfast isn’t very good, the hot tub wasn’t hot and the chemicals were too strong, the lock on the bedroom door in 217 can be undone by a 4 year old and it always smelled bad in the hallway. We could hear the people above us very well and they were up late. We went without water for several hours one evening so we couldn’t shower after swimming. There is a spotlight outside pointing directly at the window so we had to use hair clips and towels to block the light from coming in overnight. Hotel needs updates. Not a single lamp outlet worked so we had to unplug lamps to use the outlets.

I like that there is an indoor pool but it does get crowded on the weekends. The staff was helpful. The beds were comfortable.

We stayed in the family suite and the private bedroom didn’t have a lock. Also, the room door deadbolt was broken (room 317) so that made me nervous with a toddler being able to open the door. The only hot options for breakfast were waffles, scrambled eggs that were mediocre and potatoes. We would’ve liked a little more variety. The only elevator broke down one day, but it was fixed later in the day. One day the pool was so full of chemicals that it made our eyes burn and we couldn’t stay in it. It was better the next day. Not a single outlet in the lamps worked so we had to unplug them to charge our phones. The hotel needs a good cleaning or update.

Liked that it had an indoor pool and hot tub for the kids. It also had showers to rinse off. Love that you have family suited to separate groups.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. You can tell it’s quite old and needs a good refreshing. I’m sure it was one of the absolute nicest hotels when it was first built, but it doesn’t appear to have been very well maintained since. The windows did not lock, so there was a pipe we had to place in each window to prevent them from being opened. Our room was located on the fourth floor, so that could have posed a huge problem if we had young children with us. The carpet has obviously seen better days. The toilet handle had to be held down while flushing to fully empty the bowl, or you’d have to flush again. The sink was extremely slow at draining. The pool water was cloudy, and the pool room needed the most attention of any room in the facility. A large ceiling vent was hanging by only two screws, the wall paper/paint was bubbling and peeling, the jacuzzi water could barely be considered warm at best, and the touch up paint here and there did not match the existing paint. The most frustrating thing, though, was that every single day of our stay, all four of our key cards stopped working, and we had to have them all reset every morning in order to access our room.

We stayed here for one full week in one of their amazing two room suites. The breakfast was great! Everything tasted delicious, there was a huge variety of items to choose from, and everything was consistently well stocked. The automated coffee machine was an exciting bonus, with tons of choices for hot drinks! I want one at my house!! The room was huge and well laid out. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept so well every night we were there. The room seemed to be completely insulated from outside noises as well as inside noises. Our room was right next to the only elevator in the building, so it was constantly being used, yet you’d never know it. It’s a great hotel, and I’d stay there again.

The room was ready when we arrived and the guy at the front was kind when he checked us in. The room was great, it had a kitchen, and a comfortable bed. However, the water in the restroom wasn't as hot as it could be. It wasn't cold, but it didn't get very hot either. The hairdryer didn't work either, unfortunately. There was a lot of outside noise going on as well, there were children running up and down the halls all night long and early in the morning as well. I like that it's a pet friendly hotel! The reservation includes a great breakfast, but the woman in charge was rude and snapped at my girlfriend for trying to find where the waffle batter was. I am bilingual, so I understand what she was saying. They also have a pool and a gym. The pool is indoors and very clean and well taken care of, and it includes showers for you to rinse off with, but the hot tub is broken and only gets lukewarm.

The shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. The water never really got that warm, even in the sink! No extra blankets or pillows for pull out sofa bed?! We were told they only have extra sheets!

The cushions on the sofa were showing some wear - trim was poking through the fabric. There was a soft spot in the floor close to the door, behind the tub/shower - possibly caused from water damage. Management may want to look into this! The desk chair needs replacement, as you about fall over when leaning back in it.

Having a separate bedroom with a king bed from 2 queen beds was great! There is also a sleeper sofa, which we didn't need or use. There were thermostats in both rooms, which was convenient for occupants. The indoor pool and hot tub were a big plus - clear water, not too hot or cold, hot tub was perfect! Can't comment on the breakfast, as we picked up something to eat later in the day. The room did have a single cup coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator, which were all clean and worked properly.

Room smelled gross and friend said sofa bed was dirty. They gave us no extra bed sheets so we gave him a couple off of our bed. Definitely would have complained about the smell if it was my wife and kids there and not just a group of friends
