$20 per day for parking Stale cheerios in dispensers for breakfast Water flow for showering was weak. Room on first floor did not feel too secure, but this was due to maintenance and fences were taken down when were were staying there. Anyone could have broken the window to get into the room.

Location was very close to the Cave of the Winds Breakfast eggs, sausages, potatoes, coffee were nice and hot Waffles were good too. Room was comfortable with strong air conditioner. Supplies replenished in a timely manner when requested, e.g. soap, tissues, toilet paper.

When I arrived at check-in around 7 p.m., the customer service agent did not seem welcoming. I had requested a falls-view room, but was told only a parking-side view was available, and the explanation was not delivered pleasantly. I also had to ask basic questions, such as where breakfast was served and how to have parking charges added to my room, instead of this information being offered upfront. At breakfast, there was a long line and service was slow in refilling items, which caused some guests to cut in line. To improve this, the hotel could consider arranging food stations on both sides to reduce crowding. The milk for cereal was empty, and I had to specifically request staff to bring more. Overall, while the stay was decent, the service at check-in and during breakfast could be improved. I would rate my experience a 6.5/10.

The room this time was very clean, and I appreciated that there were no flush or drain issues, which made my stay more comfortable. The bed was cozy, the linens were fresh, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. The location near the falls is excellent.

The only annoying thing was, everything that should be included was extra- parking for example was an extra payment. Water bottles were extra. I would have hoped at least 2 bottles to be included in a room booking. But I'm guessing this is an American thing rather than just this hotel.

The best located hotel for Niagara Falls. Clean and comfortable. Big parking lot for our rental car. Easy access to the city as well if needed.

Probably because of the location - right by Niagra Falls - the hotel is very well used and seems worn. The air/heater in our room was very noisy. Fortunately, we had ear plugs. We did request maintenance to check it, but that did not happen during our 1 night stay. The clerk at the front desk, Mark, was very friendly and helpful.

You aren’t able to check in early if you arrive early. Before 4:00 pm you aren’t able to check into your room, you have to find something to do until that time.

I liked that the location was very close to all the attractions, the park, and many restaurants. The hotel breakfast was good.

Hotel is located close to Niagara Falls (boats, bridge to Canada) and highway junction. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was served in American way (so worth to keep it in mind when traveling from Europe). Check-in and check-out were quick and with no problems

An excellent location right in the centre of town. Clean and very comfortable. Lots of places to buy food and drinks nearby. Also within walking distance of Niagara Falls.

They didn't like giving me toilet paper for some reason. Kept coming down after one half roll is gone. There is three people just saying. Another they need to replace everything in that building. I don't mind if the cost increased if they remodeled it. Update everything. Even the breakfast room make it bigger. It is so outdated and warn down not super clean. I mean it can look nice with a good remodel.

Breakfast was bad. Like, maybe for US traveler it would be okay - but i was managed to eat only some fries, other stuff did not seem edible. There was dry and too yellow omlett, strange looking sausages, fries of strange shape - too salty as usual in this country. Also some white bread, on top of which you could get something red from small ketchup-like packages. Terrible queue to toast it. Also some cereal, but i dont eat them. And bonus point - boiled and already peeled eggs. Who did peel my eggs? Were their hands clean? We would never know. So I did not risk it. Some yogurt in mini fridge and enourmous shiny apples. Why not bananas? They are so superior to apples: individual packaging, more comfortable and cleaner to eat. Anyways. Breakfast was bad. Not even coffee machine! Coffee from coffee boiler. So yeah. Might be american thing though? Dont know.

Property is old and rooms are in need of updating . For the price point one would expect the rooms to be nicer. But paying for convenience of hotels location

Proximity to State Park, The Falls, Maid of Mist, Goat Island, Luna Island, Hard Rock. We were able to walk to everything. Also liked how hotel included free breakfast with free parking.
