The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast options were a bit sparse.

I appreciated the laundry facilities as well as the size of the room. The staff was very helpful and nice. We requested extra blankets and it was no problem getting them.

The floor throughout was very dirty, the freezer had no seal but before I noticed, I had already bought some frozen meals and Italian ice cups ☹️. Not a big loss but a bummer. The bar lock on my door wouldn't close and I didn't think too much of it until my first morning there, I hear a key unlocking the bolt and a man was coming inside, I quickly ran to the door to push back and he said he didn't know anyone was in that room and he was going around spraying insecticide so I said not today! I call the front desk and the girl says "they always knock beforehand and then if no one answers, they go in", I abruptly said I didn't hear a knock at all! Then, a couple hours later, same thing, only now it's a woman, very kind, said she was the manager and didn't know anyone was in that room!! I mentioned the lock, she said she'd be right back but never came. Ok then. I also got excited to cook something but not a pan or utensil in sight. And I was too tired to go ask for any.

I liked the smell of clean bedding and the bathroom was great. And I loved that I didn't see not one roach or other termite! Also, the kitchenette was great to have and a full size refrigerator!

the stove top was small and my key to the room had to be reset a couple of times after just using it, to get back in the room. the elevator was dirty a few times. trash people dropped and left

the interior seems a bit dingy and worn out in the lobby. No amenities come with the room you have to ask. the coffee maker had to be brought up. I was given one pack of coffee and told they had no more...

the room was clean and big but there are apparently 2 different extended stays right behind each other and ours was definitely the less nice of the two so it felt like a trick

The rooms can do with a little touch up. The furniture is worn and need updating to the 21st century. I smelled smoke along the corridors so I guess people smoked in the no smoking rooms which I didn’t like.

The staff is friendly and courteous. They try their best to accommodate requests. There isn’t much to the breakfast, just grab to go coffee and muffins which I didn’t have. The value for the rooms is worth it for somewhere to stay short term or even an extended period. Stays of 7 days or more are given better rates. I was happy to have a full refrigerator and stove for cooking.

Just the noise from the room above.

The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the room above us had some very noisy occupants. This is not the hotels fault! How were they to know. Overall, we were still happy with the location and room.

The only negative commend would be that there were a small pile of cigarette butts inside the back side door even though there were cigarette/ash disposal right outside the door.
