How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Loose faucet handles, loose bathtub helper handle, chipped paint in tub as well as doors and walls. The smallest bath towels that I have encountered since traveling out of the USA. The bed mattress was oddly not flat, but I did sleep well. I couldn't find any usb outlets either.
While the room was clean.

Desk clerk never said “hello”, “goodbye”, “thank you”, “enjoy your stay” or really any type of positive communication or conversation…to either us or any other guests checking in…also desk clerk asked for both of our Drivers Licenses and photo copied them right in front us which was a first time in my life…basically we were treated suspect during our entire overnight stay and I have never been this poorly at check in my entire life
Location was between restaurants and movie theater…but otherwise I recommend you stay somewhere else…and I mean anywhere else

Would had been nice to have a water bottle in the room
Friendly front desk staff. Didn't make on time to try the breakfast, however had some nice coffee from the reception area.

It's a little spendy for what you get
The staff were great. Although, I gave up one night of my room due to another guests mistake and he was horrible to the staff. They were very thankful and handled it great.

The breakfast was mainly just waffles.
Very comfortable beds. Easy to find as it's right off the freeway. I love that the hotel had plenty of grass for my dog to walk in.

That the seating in the room lacked no chair or sofa and not enough towels in bathroom and at 830 when we went to go for breakfast nothing was avaliable.
Loved poor and hot tub the staff was friendly. Liked that shower had shower head. Bed fairly comfortable.

1 room had a bad door lock so they let us cancel that room. 1 room floor felt sticky/Grummy. 3 rooms almost as far apart as they could get! Breakfast was a bit disappointing except waffle was good!
The friendly Staff! 1 of 3 rooms was decent!

No shower chair for Ada. Second stay I booked an ada room and it didn't even have grab bars in the bathroom! Breakfast was supposed to have juice , yogurt , bananas, first night stay they did not and was told they run out in 10 minutes after 6:00 a.m. . On my second stay I got up at 6:00 a.m. got one yogurt and one extremely ripe banana. Second stay they said they ran out of milk and juice, but when I went back 10 minutes later there was milk and juice. Seems like the gals at the front desk don't know much. Not very pleasant and always away from the desk. Hope owners know that their staff isn't doing much. Coffee was gross, very cheep, cheep creamer and cheep artificial sweetener. Staff said lots of parking for my RV the one we got there there was none so had to park. The dirt lot next door which the semis come and go thru.
The hot tub was nice and it was literally a hot tub, no jets, very hot . The room was tolerable Ada. Considering they told us they had no ada rooms so until I asked for a shower chair, then they did. Lol. No shower chair but grab bars. Breakfast had waffles, white bread, apples, orange, milk, peanut butter is the protein, stocked usually.. room was ok clean, the carpet needs a shampoo.

Breakfast was so minimal. Few bags of oatmeal, couple pieces of bread, and a waffle maker. I ended up just leaving and getting breakfast elsewhere.
