Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. ColombiaThe staff was really kind and friendly, they helped me with my baggage. Also the staff at the restaurant was really helpful and nice. The service of the shuttle to the airport is really convenient. It is to the domestic airport, I was going to the international airport, it was super easy to get there, I could delivered to Delta my baggage in the domestic airport and after going through security and use the internal train!

MontenegroHotel is outdated and dirty. There are stains on the carpets throughout the corridors and a room as well. There is a mold in the shower. In the refrigerator you can find nothing.
Main advantage of the hotel is staff, namely receptionists who were very efficient. Airport transfer is very useful. You can tolerate it for overnight at the airport, nothing more.

The hotel was great. Room was spacious, clean, lovely and comfortable. Only downside was the road noise at night time. Transfers from and to the Airport were excellent too and in with the price. The facilities were very good. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly Food was not included, The Evening meal and breakfast was in the restaurant and, although nice, was expensive and the portion size was poor

On arrival the sole of my granddaughters favorite sandle came unglued. A maintenance worker found some glue and fixed it! Above and beyond service! Also, the airport shuttle driver was very nice & informative!
