From the low budget hotels in the DMV Area it is one of the best. The location is quite good if you would like to plan to be in D.C. in 13 minutes. The breakfast is ok but you get at this hotel much more than in other hotels that are in the same price category. I only can recommend.

It was very hard to lock the door and the rooms could use a little updating, but for a night or two it was a great value.

They didn't open the pool this year, which was a huge disappointment, the room we had was near the road so it was loud, older rooms, hot breakfast wasn't the most tasty.

Not close food establishments other than next door motel whose menu was the best variety wise.

Friendly staff. Right off freeway making it easy to get where you needed to go. $15-$20 uber to museums and airport.

The shower was filthy, the pool wasn't open, ran out of breakfast before it was even over. The room wasn't clean had to clean it myself.

Deposit of 200 USD when I extend the reservation through website booking.com because it is new reservation I need to pay 200 USD every time and to claim it from my bank from Saudi Arabia it takes 21 business days. It is my mistake and my bank service but the hotel should consider that some customers are from out USA and the banks are different

Basic tv with a static picture walls were very thin -we heard everything from the next room including whenever the room next to us started the shower - we heard it as if we just turned ours on.

The only thing that we did not like was the first morning we were there. They were 1520 minutes late serving breakfast and that morning we were on a very tight time schedule.

We loved the convenience of the bus that takes you to the metro.

Not very clean, we had spider's web in a room. Breakfast could be more diverse, e.g. add some vegetables.

Location very convenient for those travelling by car. Not far from city attractions, free parking. Spacious room is a plus. Good breakfast as for American conditions although missing vegetables.

Mirror hanging off the wall in the bathroom. Didn’t bother me much as the price was good. But… breakfast… no food! And when it did finally arrive out 5 mins before the breakfast ended, they had a security guard posted to close the serving area. If only they had him help with bringing out food instead. Also eggs and bacon were off the microwaved variety!!! Second morning we just went to Starbucks.

We had to get a taxi to the hotel.

It was close to the airport and more economical than the other hotels.It offered a good breakfast included in the price. There is a local bus stop outside the hotel to the metro to get to DC.

This hotel was a quick 10min taxi ride from airport ($24) and the desk check-in was quick to get the keys. Being in the middle of a fast moving city it was not quiet, but our room was spacious and functional....if not dated and tired. Breakfast buffet was basic, but we've had a lot worse, or nothing for the same price.
