Reservation was confirmed for a 1-bed room , but when we came to hotel we were told that room is not available. We were offered another room and had to pay $20 extra. Breakfast is very sparse. No half and half. Not a lot of toiletries. If price is lower - would be a good value. Otherwise - a bit overpriced based on accommodations .

My room was on top of the front roof area and bed was next to elevator and door to stairs. This area is busy so it was noisy.

Easy check in, no deposit. Laundry room and snack machines.

If you are like me and chose a quick stop on the road with breakfast, this one will disappoint. Very rudimentary breakfast. Lobby bare of even a single chair. Maybe it was to discourage the long term welfare clients from hanging out there too long.

There weren’t any utensils or pots in my kitchen. I would like more variety during breakfast.

The rooms were very large, beds and pillows were comfortable. I also liked the layout of the room and there was a complete kitchen. The front office attendant, Sophia, was exceptionally accommodating.

The main building l stayed in was very outdated. There is no lobby and a tiny room off of that where you can grab coffee and oatmeal in the morning. They keep it closed the rest of the time. For $170 a night, l prefer to stay somewhere else. I did not need the kitchen, and that was outdated like the furniture.

The room was super cold and the heater barely worked. We arrived around 11pm- around midnight, my husband went to grab something from the car and he got locked out. His key didn’t work so thankfully one of the workers let him in and fixed his key. The hottest the water in the shower got was lukewarm so neither of us took a shower. The pillows looked like they would be super comfy, but they weren’t and the bed was very stiff.

Great location, hotel looked really nice on the outside, decent parking, and we got a room on the first floor which I appreciated since I’m still recovering from giving birth.

The location made me feel safe, it is surrounded by other hotels in a well lit area. I didn't see any problem areas. The room was very spacious with a couch, sitting area, full kitchen with stove and full size fridge. Everything was clean and the halls were quiet.

My tv was not consistently responsive to the remote control, so turning the channels was hard sometimes. The only kid channels were disney and nick and that bored her quickly. There was no dolly and I have a small child and 10 luggage bags. The rooms smelled like old people. There was a roach in the bathroom the first night. The phone in the room had a weird noise that made it very hard to hear the front desk people on the other end. I didn't like that fruit was not available for breakfast, im your vegan guest.

I liked that the kitchenette worked, the parking was close by and free as it should be, & the staff was very helpful & the wifi was easy to access. & oh yea the heat really worked. I enjoyed my window view. oh yea & easy to reserve on booking.com The bed was comfy, the shower had enough space, the couch and lazy boy was useful, so was the desk area, there was enough space for my daughter to run around. NO one judged me during check out and they offered to help with carrying bags or the door. They were nice to my daughter. There was an elevator. They made sure to give me my new towels and cloths without hassle.

Very minimal "breakfast". Would have like a hot water kettle in the room, and some tea bags.

Very clean and comfortable, everything in good condition. When we asked for some dishes for the kitchen they provided readily.

the pull out was very uncomfortable and the springs were damaged so me and my wife had to sleep with our 8 year old son on a queen bed while my daughter had to sleep on the sofa. the stove and hood were not working and despite the front desk submitting ticket for maintenance we were unable to use it for the entire stay which meant spending huge amounts of money on ordering food or dining out. in short spoling the entire purpose of renting a studio

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Special shout-out to Amir and Minahil for their extraordinary service and friendliness. They were one of the main reasons I decided to extend my stay despite issues with the facilities

The hotel is much more dim and run down than in the pictures. The room was musty and damp. The bed was comfortable, but it was also damp. The treadmill did not work in the fitness facility and I tried using a washer and it had an error half way through so I had to ring out my clothes. Breakfast is only coffee, packed muffins and breakfast bars. Overall, an okay and safe place to stay for just overnight, but wouldn't recommend any longer.

I liked the location right off the highway with multiple things surrounding it (gas stations, restaurants, ect).
