The hotel is very tired looking. There was no ice and the frig did not have any ice made. So if you are staying just for a night, it is impossible to find ice. No coffee maker. You have to ask for plates & utensils the tv remote had to be asked too!!!!

The room was spacious. The frig was big & spacious. The location was easy drive to the free way.

The room was showing some aging. Carpet was old and worn. Older furniture and kitchen could use an update. Area was not the best looking but we didnt' have any issues.

One of the towel I had in my room had about 20 long hairs all over it and I didn’t realize until I had used it on my face. You would’ve thought they would see that when they folded and placed it in there. Gross. Other than that love this hotel.

I do believe the sheets were clean, but there were hairs in the bathroom and grime in the kitchen that made me question if things were wiped down and disinfected. The blanket was very thin, so I'd suggest bringing one. The breakfast was just a small coffee bar with some nutrigrain bars and prepackaged muffins. Also, the laundry facility was out of order at the time of our stay. If the laundry facility is a reason for choosing this hotel, I'd call ahead to make sure it's in working order.

Now that it’s getting cold outside little roach bugs are running around everywhere which is yucky but I know the property is doing something about it!

The morning staff is incredible, super friendly and quick to make you feel like you’re at home! Coffee is always hot and fresh, laundry is 24:7, the rooms are nice and cozy, and they will exchange your dirty linens anytime for you! Super convenient service!

Kitchenette facilities very old and worn. No ice available that I could find. No cups to make coffee in. Bathtub was supposedly set up for handicap accessible but it was just slats across the tub that were old and rusty.

It was more like an apartment building then a hotel. People left allot of stuff in the hall. Also there was no turn down service, breakfast was granola bars, and no maid service so we had to take out own trash to the stinky sticky trash room. I wish it had a pool at least for the kiddos.

Staff, staff can be more attentive, any question that I would ask it came with an attitude, the hotel itselt i would recommend but the staff needs a customer sevice training cause whatever that is it aint it.. I felt like i couldnt even ask for toilet paper or anything so its a no for me to recommend just because of the staff .
