How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I didn't like the way that the guy at night time talk to me he said that I have been there before with a whole bunch of people in my room and having the parties and stuff and it was not m e so then I just straightened it out and she had no problem with me staying there again cuz it's always just me and by myself that he was pretty rude to me
I like the manager was very friendly and helpful when I needed her and I had a problem and they packed up my room for me and no problem it didn't charge me anything extra for doing it I appreciate that

The room, especially the bathroom, was beat up. Fixtures were barely holding on. Paint all over the tile and door frame. The door was punched and kicked, and the toilet tank lid didn't fit that toilet. Pretty trashy.
How quickly it was to check in. The staff was nice and knew their jobs well.

The night auditor / innkeeper is a total jerk! Tried to say I was trespassed from the property like five times, which was a total lie! I talked to the daytime staff and they have no reports on me being trespassed!!! I was a guest and he actually made me leave the property and called security I had to come back during the day! I have never had a problem with another staff member and I've stayed here numerous times! He should be fired for the way he talks to and treats people!
Most of the staff is so helpful and pleasant to deal with... with the exception of the male graveyard front desk clerk.. The accommodations are pleasant, clean rooms, good breakfast, good location and everything is nice and quiet. They have a great pool and spa as well!

They put stipulations On myself and my boyfriend Saying we had dogs in our room.We don't even own a dog So they put us on the first floor because that's where everybody goes That owns animals and we don't even own an animal
I liked that we had a jetted tub but we did not have a plug for the tub so we could not use it

They could have better breakfast but is decent. But 2 different times now that we have stayed here and needed clean sheets for our bed. We didn't get them and we asked before the staff left for the day. The first time we had to sleep with out sheets for 3 days asking everyday for the sheets and didnt get them still.. The second time we had to wait 2 day's to get our sheets. They could also have weekly or monthly rates but they dont.
Liked the front desk people A LOT. LOVE that they have a pool and hot tub.

Didn’t care for the freshener in the room. I have asthma so the smell was bothersome. The picture of the room on website was not the room I paid for. Disappointing
The area was ok the bed was comfortable enjoyed the spa tub. Lady at front desk very nice

It was pretty loud. Due to the area I noticed lots of drug activity around. I was with my 2 year old grandson.
All staff was wonderful. Room was clean, pool was clean. The breakfast should run a bit longer.

the parking lot of the hotel was really dirty and so much trash. It would look more decent if it was cleaner.

I had to ask for my rooms trash me taken out, on the 3rd day. No towels available for the pool. When I asked for room towels they took my dirty ones and when I didn’t get any back and an hour had gone by I asked the front desk and ai was told they had to wash my towels before I could get any back. I turned on the hair dryer and it immediately started on fire

The lights in the room indidually had to be turned on. There was no wall switch.
This was a nice, budget facility. It was not noisy despite being near an interstate. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice benefit. The microwave and fridge were adequate. The light breakfast was good

The beds were old and very uncomfortable.

My door keys only worked sometimes
They are good people breakfast is barely that and the coffee is always kinda gross but the staff is helpfull and friendly and the place is clean and good my bike was stolen my very first nite and my sons scooter the second night and management didn’t want to help me at all so I’m out a couple grand so much for the 2000 cameras that they have I don’t like the controlled access and locked security doors with the cameras it feels like what I imagine a prison to feel like but the staff is pleasant and the management worked with me on my being short on the bill and gave me extra time for a fee of course but still nice of them
