Hallway Carpet has a slight musty smell and the hot water in the canister tasted and smelled like residual coffee plus the water was light brown.

It was convenient to restaurants, stores and gas stations. The room was clean…(tables, appliances, linens and etc)

I had no issues with my stay. I like everything about the hotel. What would have been nice is if there was a shuttle to and from the airport. We paid for a taxi, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, everything was great.

There were a variety of options for breakfast, which was good. Also, what was offered was enough to last until dinner, which was good. The location was excellent. We walked or took a Lyft to all the places we needed to go; it proved to be cheaper than renting a vehicle.

The hotel was well-located, clean, and the room was spacious and nice. There was lots of nice lighting in the room and plenty of outlets and connectors for computer, charging, etc. The view wasn't great--I was looking at the roof and a concrete post but I was only there for one night so it was ok. The price I paid was well worth it and beat the Hampton Inn I stayed in last time I was in town.

Needs some things done to keep everything in good working shape like the toilet seat and changing out the lights in the light fixtures.

I reserved a room with two queen beds for two adults and 1 child. We never had enough towels... only two were given, not enough blankets, and no matter how many times I asked, we weren't given more. Also, we left every morning right after breakfast but it was evident that when we came back they hadn't been in to clean, replace towels, make beds... nothing. Except that one day they came and made ONE bed but left the other unmade... whacky. We didn't let anything like that bother us, but did end up bringing towels up from the pool to use since the staff couldn't seem to keep up with that or toiletries in our room. We also bought some toilet paper because the 1/2 roll that was there didn't last for 5 days.

The room was clean and had enough room. The breakfast was good. The pool was open though cold. The staff was pleasant.

The Location it was surrounded by food places , wasn’t to far from relatives! Everything you need wasn’t to far from connivence stores etc.. Oh and let’s not forget the breakfast was a 10/10 , especially if u can make ya own waffles , everything was fresh and HOT

The hotel was modern and nicely decorated. However, the carpet in the hallways were in need to be retrenched in places. This took away from the ambiance of the place.

The carpet in the hallway leading to the room looked dirty, and there was a musty odor both in the hall and in the room. This may have been because my room was across the hall from the workout room. The bathroom floor and tub also did not look clean. It would have been great if the room had a walk-in shower for older people like me who have balance issues.

The staff was extremely nice and provided excellent customer service. The continental breakfast was also sufficient. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Shower/tub backed up a ceiling outside of our door in the hallway needed some tlc.

The room was great a clean. I would definitely rate it a 9.0. There was only a small bad things about it. The tub backed up, the hallway ceiling by the room was a little rough. Other than that great place an great stay.

My bathroom toilet had a constant drip but not a leak. I simply closed the bathroom door. Cost of room was a bit high without any allowance for senior citizens or AARP membership.

They served the same exact breakfast 3 days in a row. It would have been nice to change it up a little but it was good. Slightly hard to turn left out of the hotel but there is a turning lane so that helps. The bed was comfortable but very hard to turn in do to the type of mattress. Bed a little high for shorter people.

I liked that it is very close to everything. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. Very quiet even though it is close to a busy highway, you can’t hear any noise.
