I’ve stayed there before a few years ago. The property has gone down. Upon arrival the staff was rude & not helpful. The next morning the staff was amazing. The food selection was decent however, there could’ve been more selection.

The pool was closed but a reason was not listed or were we informed of this on check-in. We had a service dog with us and they changed our room after finding this out as they prefer to only have animals on the first floor. We were wanting to change our reservation as there was a snow storm coming in on our second night stay. They would not let us cancel because we had booked through a third party.

The room was clean, comfortable temp and beds. There was plenty of space. The staff was polite and welcoming. The location was perfect for the reason that we were in town. Will stay again if we need.

Both rooms had TVs that were not working. Mentioned to staffed and they were quick to help and correct the problem, by replacing both rooms with different tvs. Also the little lounge chair in both rooms looked very old used and faded. They definitely should replace them or remove them.

Staff was very helpful and made us feel welcomed, they were also able to keep both rooms right across from each other as requested. The rooms were very spacious, beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location only 15-20mins from Holiday World, right off the interstate. Definitely price affordable.

Breakfast could have had more of a selection.

The king suite had plenty of room for myself and the kids. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We arrived late in the evening after being at Holiday World all day, and staff opened up the dining area so our large group could eat dinner.

There were guests in the adjoining room that we did not know, with dogs who woke us up in the middle of the night, and at 0630 in the morning both nights, they were there, barking nonstop for an hour at a time. I feel that people who bring animals should all be on the same floor so they can bother people who are used to having animals and the chaos. We were on vacation to enjoy a little sleep in time and avoid the chaos of rude neighbors who do not train their animals properly.

The staff was great and friendly, the rooms were clean and nice, easy access, very accommodating, and overall a wonderful experience. Thank you for everything! :) Also, Thank you to the housekeeping as well. :)

There could’ve been an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool. Besides the breakfast, the only other thing that I feel like could’ve been better would’ve been a pool both outside (to sunbathe) and inside for cold and bad weather conditions.

The breakfast was not appealing to me. Scrambled eggs were fine but the kind of sausage served, in my opinion, was something processed and not real meat. Maybe try some bacon instead or some Italian sausage or real sausage links not the kind out of a box in the frozen foods.

I didn't dislike any part of our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the pool was clean, check out time was late, and the staff was friendly. It is just a quaint hotel meant for overnight and passing through. There seemed to be lots of linemen and road workers staying there - a quiet early to bed crew!

The breakfast was basic but plenty. Sausage and eggs, hot waffles, a cereal selection, juice, yogurt and pastries. It was not a peak travel time so we were the only people enjoying it when we were down.

I like how clean it is and it smells good! It has really good free breakfast. It has a nice pool and it’s quiet inside the rooms, you can’t hear anybody I just like that all the way around I could stay there another time! Thank you for the great experience. I shall come back. We went to Holiday world and I wanted to keep one of the pillows cause they were so comfortable, and the bed too.
