Room (206) had a large broken mirror. The carpet was stained, ripped, and duct taped. One 3 foot area by the a/c felt (and sounded like) it had a piece of plywood covering a hole to the floor below.

The rate was commensurate to the location and room conditions.Sheets were clean. Front desk clerk was pleasant.

While my bed linens were cleaned, they had been previously stained and not properly removed. The bathroom floor had hair from several previous guests and the shower had some black flecks which did was off when sprayed with water. While I take in consideration that this is a budget friendly motel. Budget does not mean dirty. This stay should have cost in the high $40's or low $50's. There was no hair dryer as advertised.

Breakfast was not served that day, Breakfast was one of the reasons I booked my stay. I can usually get up and on my way and not have to stop til lunchtime. I was disappointed because I was not notified of this until I checked in after 9PM.

They advertised a pool and the pool was empty they didnt want to work with me on the price because there was no pool like advertised the tub was nasty wouldnt reccommend to my worst enemy.

Filthy rooms. Floor icky. Toilet dirty. Tub dirty. Used a dry piece of tissue and wiped a small area in the tub to see if what we say was dirt/debris or stains/runt. The tissue wiped in both tubs was full of dirt. The 2nd one had long black hair and was missing the overflow drain cover in the tub. So we had a big round dark hole where the overflow drain cover was supposed to be also. I took the tissue to the front desk, and they offered me and the other parties who booked rooms with me a full refund. They had filthy floor, tub, and toilet plus dead insects on the nightstand and a kissing shower head which front desk handed one person in my party and told him it wasn't hard to put on. We've stayed here before over the years many times as we have family in the area. We will never return. Disgusting!

How quickly the staff offered a new room when I notified them that our room was filthy and then how quickly they offered a full refund after noticing them the 2nd room as just as filthy.

The same disgusting hairs where in the shower week after week. They did not even replace the linen in bed from last visit, same hole in the sheets.Roaches here and there. No toilet paper in rooms. No laundry room . Parking lots is a horrible place to try to navigate without hitting anyone. The people that own the place take liberty in your bank account trying to charge for this and that. I'm a traveler in medical field and they lost a lot of money just being bad at business.

Hotel was disgusting ! Rooms were not sanitized! Roaches on the wall smashed I have pictures . No breakfast was served as it stated it came with . Bed sheets had cigarette burns.

Management bothered us every single day despite there being a do not disturb sign on our door. It wasn’t a matter of privacy, they were constantly waking us up in the middle of the night for us. We work third shift. I made them aware of this and despite assuring us they wouldn’t bother us, we were woke up every single day by staff banging on the door.

There were no bugs in the room.
