Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The bathroom ceiling head paint peeling off the ceiling. In the main hall the carpets were stained and needed cleaning on the first floor.
I was in my way to Lagoon amusement park with my daughter and her friends. I stopped at the hotel to see if we could drop our snacks off so they weren’t sitting in a hot car all day. She let us check in early and deep or stuff off. She was so friendly and kind and had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

More water fountain on each floor would help, streaming service for the tv would be great as well.

When we arrived they did not have a room ready for us at the designated time. During this first interaction they didn't offer any remedy or when/if my room would be ready. They all seemed frantic and were talking very negatively about the cleaning crew. I have no idea if this was warranted or not but it felt far from professional. I went to dinner not knowing if I would have a room when I got back. It felt very stressful as we were quite tired after a long day of traveling.
When I returned they were apologetic and had a different set of rooms for me that they now said was a maintenance issue. The room was decent although not the cleanest. The pool was decent. The breakfast was good.

Tv problems. No connection. I used my tablet to watch shows. Electricians were doing work and sorta inconvenient.
Staff was nice. Housekeeping was awesome. I left for the day asked just for towels and trash removed. It was vacuumed and wiped down.

the beds were great for my family and i. However, my sister wasnt to happy with hers. She is 390lbs though...
the pool is great for kids! from 3' 9in to 5ft in the middle and back to 3' 9in on the other side. hot tub is nice to watch the kids from!

My bathroom door didn’t lock shut so my baby could open it whenever. The elevator was weird. It would take me to the wrong floor.
It was clean and close to the freeway along with other businesses. The staff was wonderful especially Miss Lisa! Breakfast was fine. The room was clean and comfortable.

On theSecond morning the maid was early my husband answered the door he asked if she could come back in 1 hour to clean our room. The maid went on to say oh I don’t speak English, and here is a towel. Really !!! She just didn’t want to come back, so let’s fake it !! We need towels!! For what we paid we should have got towels and room cleaning. Then went early 8am you advertised Cinnamon rolls on your sign wow I’m excited !! WHAT no cinnamon rolls gross muffins. $270 I think we could do a lot better and better treatment.
Not much will probably not stay at your hotel again

Hotel a little outdated, a few things broken in the room, sliding door, table leg was lose.

The door was not mounted squarely, so there was a gap on top 1 side and on the bottom. The gap was on the other side, letting in a lot of light Talked to the gentleman at the front desk in the morning he said he'd advise maintainence

Quite a bit of noise from the people upstairs. They didn't change our towels the whole four days we were there.
Breakfast was quite good. Fruit, waffles, eggs/bacon/sausage, cereal, bagels etc. Nicely appointed room, clean and comfortable for a good price.

It's an older hotel and there were little things here and there that were in slight disrepair, but that being said, it was easy to tell that regular maintenance is being done, and it seemed no little things had become big things.
Great mid-priced hotel! The staff was helpful and patient. Breakfast was all we needed. The pool was clean and the hot tub was so great to relax in. All-in-all we had a great little stay-cation for a great price!
