Locations little shady parking lot is extremely small and there's no microwave in the room.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. And made the reservation online with a credit card and paid on full however I wouldn't be able to make it till later and requested that my spouse be able to check in without me being there which they allowed. I'm very grateful for them doing that. Also on another good note the shower pressure was very ample. And the hot water was endless.

It was in the middle of a renovation, which is a good thing, it will probably have much needed improvements the next time I stay there.

Convenient location, it is really close to the Moda center.

One wall was covered in a weird substance, the bathroom light switch would only work if pressed in and the flipped. Some of the wall circuits didn't work for charging phones. The key card kept de-magnatizing so we had to get it redone almost every time we came back to the room. Paying for parking was not included in the price of the room.

Very big bed and decent size room, super helpful staff, great value and a nice walk to our destination.

I changed rooms after the first night because some lights did not work and the bathroom sink did not drain—also, on the last day of my stay, there was no maid service and no coffee for the coffee pot.

The location was one-half mile from the hospital. I flew toPDX from PHX to visit my son, in the hospital.

The rooms could benefit from some updates in amenities. But it met our needs for a place to sleep within walking distance of the concert and the train station. Wouldn't stay for more than a night.

Location and price are exceptional. Great spot to stay when attending events at the Rose Quarter.

Both beds had cigarette burns on the duvet - while everything felt clean, it wasn't hard notice this the moment you sat on the bed. May as well replace them just to feel a bit more reassuring on overall care of the bed sheets and cleanliness of the space. Overall felt preferred to have some indoor shoes or slippers.

Location was great, the price was fair. The size of the room for two beds was more than enough. Windows were big with good light (privacy curtains as well). Staff was nice. Bathroom felt clean overall.

Room needs a microwave - really was expecting to have a microwave in our room and were disappointed we had no way to heat up our food. TV kept dimming after watching for more than 5 minutes. They did not tell us we had to pay for parking until we arrived.

Had a bed and a mini fridge to keep the food we couldn't eat cold at least.

The smell of cigarettes outside was strong, as was the weed smell when we walked into the room. The room is outdated, and things looked clean, but they were sticky. One of the lamps was so old it was rusted and dirty. It's very dark and dungeon like.

The only reason we stayed was for a concert. Unfortunately, the concert was canceled the morning of our arrival day, and we were stuck with this room due to being past the cancelation with the refund option. I didn't expect much, but it suited a purpose. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. Got a good giggle out of a picture that was hung upside down. The nice receptionist let me park for free. Otherwise, it's 10.00 a day. If you're looking for cheap and a great walking location near Moda and Veterans Coliseum, this is a safe option.

the property did need a face lift, just a few dings & scratches. nothing terribly wrong though! it is right next to a busy roadway, so if you’re a light sleeper it’s something to consider!

We loved how close it was to Moda Center, just a quick 6 ish minute walk! it was a dinky little hotel but it was cute for what it was worth. the lady that checked us in was very kind!
