No fridges or microwaves in rooms. Also was running a few minutes late and they were calling rooms telling us we were late. It was 11:05, and we were trying to get out the door

All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you especially to Victoria and Sheila. Enjoyed the breakfast. Only complaint is that you can hear people’s upstairs activity. Front desk was happy to offer a solution and move us to a different room, but those people were checking out that morning anyway. Otherwise, a very friendly, conveniently located place to stay.

Rooms were very clean, facilities looked nice. Indoor pool was a bonus for sure. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included (I'm male, don't read everything.

Victoria went above and beyond switching our king for a room with two queens that wasn't available when booking. She rocks as I wasn't interested in sleeping with my brother in law!

Construction of some type right out our window starting before 7 am. Lots of continuous loud pounding that woke us all. Hopefully the construction projects won’t last long. In the meantime, maybe they should start quite so early.

Beautiful property. We had room with 2 king beds and the room was huge with a fireplace! No microwave or fridge but we didn’t need them. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet and tasted great.

The person on the phone Sunday September 1st afternoon and Monday September 2nd afternoon was very rude when we checked out Tuesday the person was very nice and very helpful we were staying there because we had been evacuated for forest fire

We were disappointed to find out our room and most of the rooms don't have a fridge. We had a big nicely insulated cooler that we had brought, gratefully, that was the only way to keep our lunch stuff cold for all our lake trips. In all the hotels I have stayed, even cheap ones, there's always been a fridge. The king rooms definitely do not have any type of kitchen as booking stated. The sofa bed we had in our king room was horrendous! It was thin and when you sat or laid on it you were jabbed with springs. We had to use all our extra pillows to make it more comfortable for our kids. As a Hilton, they should be able to afford memory foam mattresses for the sofa beds. All other beds were comfortable. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful but the night lady on our first night did not give a good welcome and was rude when inquiring about the fridge and our room. She was also rude when asking to extend our stay a day. Which she stated was absolutely not possible, saying the hotel was overbooked. She was the only person we encountered that had a sour attitude and we found the day crew much nicer, so just waited with our questions until morning a d the receptionist booked us another day, no issues. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and we would stay again, but not with a room with a sofa bed.

The location is nice, because Cascade lake is across the street. McCall and Warm lakes are a 40 minute drive away. Rooms are very nice and beds were comfortable, except for the sofa bed. Continental breakfast was nice for a family of lake adventurists, but it wasn't better than any other hotel breakfast. Facilities are well maintained and amenities are nice. Most of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Coffee was very good. No mini-fridge. Tub/Shower needed re-caulking.

We needed a fridge & microwave, so they offered a discount or moving us. We moved & couldn’t have been happier. The 24 hour pool & spa were a nice touch too.

Everything was perfect

I loved that our room was very clean, bedsheets are very good, comfortable bed. Very cozy room. Breakfast is also very decent. I’ll be definitely coming back again.
