Bathroom plumbing was usable but especially tub drain was in need of repair. Still, everything worked and excellent choice allowing food prep as alternative to eating out.

Location of motel is in a run down part of town. There are a number of nearby marijuana stores.

We needed few accomodations during our stay and the staff was very friendly and generous in their support.

It's billed as an "extended stay hotel", but there are no utensils or plates. To use the cooking surfaces you have to turn a knob I did not see for a couple days. The fridge's freezer had so much ice the door did not close. Yes, the refrigerator door was open the whole time.

It's a cheap, clean, budget motel convenient to White Sands National Park and the Space Museum. It's totally fine for a night or two to visit the local attractions. There is a cooking surface, microwave and fridge.

There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. And not even a plastic cup to get a drink of water in the bathroom. The bathroom needs work. Shower barely worked. No plug in tub

Very noisy. Couldn't use stove cause the alarm would go off, the light in the bathroom light was blinking constantly. Very noisy! No place to walk your dogs, only on the side street which is all cement and many dogs poop there and you have to walk very carefully..

The staff were awesome! The manager just started working there and I know she will turn it around! Cheapest place in town lol

Convenient to laundry facility and the being able to use the machines with an app. Staff was polite and when I got a long distance call one of the staff members brought me the office phone due to not knowing my ringer was not on in my room.

i liked everything about the room and it was a good room and it was quiet until i was trying to nap for an hour before i left there was a maintenance repair right next to my room very loud. it was just one of those things. i would gladly book a room again because aside from that one thing it was a good stay at a good price.

They had just had a change in management. It had been pretty bad from what I heard from staff. They were seriously trying to get it back up and running. Give it another week and I think it will be MUCH better. Both the staff and the management were very pleasant and tried their best with a not quite ready for prime time facility.

Loud traffic noise, toilet ran continuously, TV had only one channel as the remote didn't work. The internet listing said check-in was 6pm, not correct, check-in was 3pm, not good.

Bare bones accommodations, nothing extra in room like drinking cups, or tissue. Parking in the back was very tight.

I don’t like that they don’t clean rooms if in th but every other week and was traveling with my mom who had a hard time with stairs and could not change room to first floor. Also lots of individuals out side on patios smoking marijuanna and our room smelled like marijuanna.

The kitchen to be able to cook and not eat out. Good location and clean.

We called ahead and asked how much it would cost for our dog to stay with us (a shih tzu). We were told 5 dollars which I thought was rather low but when we arrived we were told it was 50 dollars. My husband talked with the clerk and asked where it said that in the pet friendly information. Since the clerk couldn't find it stated he let us pay 20 dollars for the dog. The cost of bringing a pet should be up front. Ours is not a service dog and we didn't try to pretend it was.

it was clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was quiet during appropriate times. Food, stores ect. are all close by. If I could say one thing I didn't like it was having to call for someone to come and then wait for them to check in. I got their at 11pm no one was in the office. There is a phone on the wall outside it rang a little while until someone answered and I waited 10-15 minutes till they came. Didn't feel real safe waiting there. Besides that it was great. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Alamagordo to visit my daughter.
