Even if I booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled smoke.

Floor was dirty - had to wipe up water after pool time & the towels were brown. Couldn't let the baby crawl around. Lots of party activity near our room and the pool area - alcohol & weed, which was not the greatest for the grandkids who needed some pool time after riding in a car all day. Only had 3 towels for 5 people. I also requested a first floor room as we had stuff to carry for the kids, but was told there were none available - even after I called to make sure the request was received. The facility is in need of some repairs inside the rooms and outside areas.

Great price & the pool was nice. Room very spacious, sheets were clean, & beds were comfortable.

The pool hours. The sign said pool open at 9. Was ready to swim before checkout only to be told it didn't open til 10.. Considering checkout is 11. That was unfair for my money . Late check in so was trying to enjoy some pool time before leaving but got disappointed. Sign needs to be fixed or stand on the time😞

Jacuzzi was nice. Room and Bed was comfy and relaxing. Location was great only 6 minutes from my destination ☺️

Free breakfast? Coffee, juice, pastry.....oh wait, juice machine broken! Most importantly, this is the first time I have EVER had to pay a security deposit! And then it took 4 days for the money to be returned to my account.

I have moderate to severe COPD. When I made my reservation I requested a ground floor room. When I got there they had a second floor room assigned - they have no elevators. The clerk "joked" that I could rest on the stairs (it was raining) and that I should be ok. I literally had to beg to be put on the lower floor. After much prodding, the clerk "found" a room; right next to several other lower level rooms that weren't being taken.

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The fact I had to pay a nightly rate for my pet . Would have been nice for a flat rate for the week.

The bed and mattress were so hard that we had trouble sleeping on them. They looked fine, but it was impossible to sleep normally on them. The "breakfast" was a joke. The page for them on booking should not list breakfast as being include. The coffee was bitter already at 6:30 am and the only food offered a a few sad-looking very cheap sweets. The shower did not have a shower curtain.

The hotel is right off the interstate and easy to find. The parking is ample. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The television worked well.

The room key never worked. Kept having to get a new key. It is advertised as having a Continental breakfast that was only old coffee and tiny tasteless pastries. The sofa bed sheets were dirty that we had to bring to the desk and get new ones. The staff was never at the desk. Had to always wait.

The pool was very nice. The a/c was very good.

The pool was closed the first day bit no one told us that at checking. There was only one way in and out. The highway we had to pull out on was very busy.

$50 cash deposit was needed Sofa couch had dirty sheets / lady tried to upsale me a roll away bed for $20 instead of wanting to give me clean sheets Burn holes in the comforters Bathroom had paint chips all over the floor from the door. Rushed by staff to checkout prior to check out time (was knocking on our door at 9am- check out is 11) Breakfast consist of oranges, stale muffins and juice Huge language barrier took us 20 minutes to check in
