The room was not as nice as we hoped. We were put in a top floor room and the guests lived at the hotel and partied all night. The bed was not comfortable. It wasn't a good visit.

The breakfast. Cereal or make your own waffle. Rooms are super dark. Extremely low wattage bulbs. Microwave didn't work. Tiny television. 27 inch, maybe.

Breakfast is a joke. Cereal or make your own waffle. They have smoking rooms. The 1 thing that keeps me coming back.

The room was "non-smoking" but had a tobacco odor in it. The beds were very small. The breakfast was definitely not what the website showed or said... the options were waffles (which were good), apples, yogurt, fruit loops and sausage which was inedible. If you're going to charge the same price as Days inn you should step up your game for sure. They don't even have breakfast and theirs is still a batter value

We enjoyed the pool. The lady that was there when we checked in and that evening was really nice, the other front desk staff we encountered personally was mediocre. The waffles were good

Location is not great (but I knew it) as far outside the city area where all restaurant/shops are. This is ok. What surprised me most is the outside of the hotel, which was quite dirty (stairs, corridors) despite the room was clean. And worst, breakfast was really but really basic, not even bread and toaster available ! how can this be ? this is not a costy item. Juice/coffee/waffles/cereals and sausages.

Humidity in the room was very high. A dehumidifier would help. The room was too dark, not enough light.

Pool was fantastic! Room ok, bath ok, Service was great : very polite and helpful. Breakfast typically US and until last minute everything available. All restaurants, shops, tours in short distance reachable.

The breakfast need to be improved as the only problem that I have needs to be brought up to date bring back the biscuits or something other than waffles and sausage

I would like for y'all to bring your breakfast back up to date with the sausage biscuits and the other biscuits that you were providing for your guests I wasn't very happy with the breakfast being served it needs to be improved I am definitely not satisfied

My name is Wen. On March 30st, I forgot retrieve my ID at this hotel when l checked out .Thanks to them for faxed a copy of my ID to the next hotel where I checked in the next day, and promising to send my ID card to my home address. The Postage is paid for by me. But 10 days have passed and I haven't received it. If they are too busy to send my ID back, I hope they will send me a photo of the sealed ID in the mail to make a sure that I don't have to worry about the security of my identity in the future. I hope I can get their response, it's my fault for forgetting the ID. I had to apply for a new ID.

Everything in the room worked ok, but the place could stand a facelift. Some paint here and there would be good, and the bathroom tub had lots of ancient cigarette burns around the edge.

In a quiet location and the staff was helpful in recommending local restaurants and activities. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.

There was Zero Electricity to the room when I arrived. Apparently there had been a storm two days before my arrival that knocked out the electricity. The hotel knew this, and did not check my room. I did not turn on the television on Saturday night. I Wanted to watch a Sunday morning news program in the morning. NO TELEVISION. Completely Dead. Perhaps the Storm Knocked the television OUT?? I feel that the front desk guy should have checked the television when he reset the breakers. The breakfast was Sausages. Or, I could have made a waffle or eaten cold cereal. I did like that they had apples.

They accommodated my request for a ground floor room non smoking room.
