The heater went out on the coldest weekend of the new year in January!!! Awful 😞 The shower didn’t work properly, and there was a hole in the kitchen type area, where cold air constantly came out! Never again!

Dirty towels were hanging up in the bathroom. However, the worker quickly apologized and replaced them. The A/C unit in the room needs the filter changed. My breathing was affected within .30 minutes of being in the room. This is very bad for people with respiratory issues.

I liked the hardwood floors.

Room, was a little to high for what was offered. It had parches, not clean enough, not enough towels, Only one little shampoo bottle, A/C was too noisy .

What could have been better was housekeeping because there was hair in the bathtub and over one of the beds, the baseboards were very stained and needed to be painted compared to the nice walls, the bathroom needs a little remodeling and the furniture dresser drawer needs to be updated and replaced, the air vents needs to be cleaned.

Location 11 miles from WinStar, this is a hidden gem.. the outside will have you skeptical about your stay but once you walk into the room, a pleasant surprise. There was new flooring which was clean because we walked with bare feet and no dirt on them, there was a new vanity, the walls had been painted, the fridge and ac were very cold, the microwave was clean, nice desk and chair, there was no roaches nor other insects, the bed was very comfortable and there were no noises from other guests. Check in was a breeze, not much for breakfast we saw when we checked in but we did an early checkout so breakfast was not needed. This is a 2.5 Star motel. It's great for a short stay up to maybe two days. Perfect for our 1 night stay. We will stay again.

Office had strong unpleasant smell. Shower head would be good to be replaced , bathroom door can’t close without fighting to open and close.floors to be mopped. Not enough shampoo for two bed room. More towels.

VERY close to winstar(15 min and sure was 15 min , didn’t believe till I was there) and saves lots of money on room.right off I35 , LOVED it.instead of going deep in town fighting traffic .easy way in & out. If you’re picky about things around that’s not place for you to stay. If you plan just spend the night cheaper then yes go for it.don’t expect much just to spend the night&go.i had non smoking room and beds wasn’t bad, sheets were clean( no bugs).they have WiFi but we didn’t use it.bring your own shampoo , coffee etc ….other then that they have it all, coffee pot, iron, hairdryer, fridge, microwave.i didn’t take any photos of place bcz I’m not picky, it was just place for us to crush for one night .

The breakfast was bare basics: a pot of coffee, cereal, and some pastry/bread products. There was no ice and the coffe was an off-brand. The amenities could have been better.

The staff was friendly. The room was economical. It had good internet and hot water. The bed was comfortable for the price we paid. The rooms were clean.
