There was an odd smell throughout the building

The rooms are dirty and outdated, I had to clean the restroom my self and every towel was BLACK with dirt. Stop saying y’all serve breakfast online only to find out y’all don’t, y’all charge extra money for clean sheets and towels. After the staff leaves at 10 there are kids playing on the door ppl screaming women being beat. I called the front desk and it continued. I will not book again this was a last minute trip

There was roaches in my room. I don't have them. They were in the room and outside the room as well I seem them. I felt bad, cuz the crew was very nice. Very helpful, understanding and sweet. I enjoyed my stay there. Please exterminate building. 👍❤️Happy Halloween to your all stay safe🎃👻

The room was dirty, and we had to wait for two half hours after check-in to get our room, and there was no soap, Shampoo, or Towels, in the room, thank god we had our own soap, and I had to go to the front desk to get towels. After cleaning the room ourselves everything was ok then.

i got a bad bug bite on my right shin that swelled up and itched for days. The bed felt sort of soggy maybe from the air conditioning. I left window open the whole stay at the hotel. I also needed to buy a stopper for the tub to take a bath. Do not count on the breakfast to be satisfying,. The fridge smelled like rotten meat, i did not use it during my stay.

room has a stove with an oven which is normally in luxury villas i have stayed in. Room has a large room has a large amount of seating so you can stretch out and fill at home.

I might’ve went at a bad time. The whole city of Warren/Detroit power was out. So everyone ran to stay at the hotels until they power came back on. Very loud, very ghetto, disturbing. Maybe I should’ve went far out to another extended stay

Cleanliness - bathroom floor needed to be mopped. Booked for 1 night.. the morning of checkout we went down for breakfast, by the time we got back to room the maids had already been in the room, replaced towels, made bed.. why? I'm checking out In 15min.. Finally breakfast.. plain oatmeal.. chocolate muffin.. or granola bar... not good

I liked the room layout... I liked property location... The office staff were nice..

Room was not good ... Towel rack in restroom broke as soon as we try to take the towel off. Tv volume didn't work and staff didn't even try to fix the issue. Sheets had stains on them and smelled as well as the mattresses. And the hallways had a bad smell of cigarette smoke.....

I Didn't like any of it. The whole facility needs to be closed and totally renovated and exterminated We checked in and immediately checked right back out. After a long 5 hour drive to town. We walked into a foul smelling hotel. With dirty floors and carpet. And once we made it to our room, we turned on the lights and were greeted by ROACHES crawling everywhere. So we had to go look.for somewhere else to stay for our holiday weekend at 12:30 at night after already paying to stay here. To top it off, I have to fight to get a FULL REFUND of my money back. Booking needs to take this place off its sight and this place needs to do better and stop taking people money to stay in this poorly run hotel.. I've never experienced an EXTENDED STAY HOTEL like this before. Then they had no dishes or pots and pans in the rooms. Found this out before we went to our room.
