How much dirt was in the room, cigarette burn on counter in kitchenette, room smelled, couldn’t turn on the fan in bathroom without there being a smell, the trash in the bathroom wasn’t taken out from previous guest, sink didn’t drain in bathroom, lots of stains on table with desk chair as well as bathroom sink, had a bug in the room I was staying in in the kitchenette, rust on base of shower head with hole, damage on walls, lots of dust on surfaces looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly between guests, only had half a roll of toilet paper in room at check in, etc.

I did not get the room I initially booked and was given a room with 1 bed and a nasty cot (we needed the 2 beds) the hotel needs updating and there were dead roaches under the sink in the kitchenette.

No dishes for kitchen, breakfast is an old granola bar, cheap coffee mat high sugar creamer for coffee, blah!, old muffins, a bag of instant oatmeal with nothing, place is generally dirty and smells like smokers have and moldy smell in hallways, old broken furnature in rooms, place not worthy of more than 2 of 5 stars. Would never chose this hotel brand again unless no other option

I had dead bugs on the floor. The bathroom sink did not drain The lights were broken The bed was uncomfortable. The time on the clock was incorrect due to turning clocks forward. This was something that has no excuse to not be done. I found this highly unprofessional.

It wasn’t clean, stains on the chair, small brown roaches were on the wall, in the bathroom and on the counter top in the kitchenette. Light fixtures and pictures were loose. Dingy cabinets, rusted burners. Had a musty smell to the room and not even a bar of soap.

Sink was clogged; tub stopper didn’t work, and have to take your own trash out to dumpster. Older furniture and lamps that look f like they haven’t been dusted in a good while. Phone didn’t work in room.
