The room was quite spacious for the five of us (in fact, it was two separate rooms within the same unit). Great breakfast. Although we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy more of the hotel itself, there was a great atmosphere around the pool.

The breakfast is really good for a hotel. We planned to eat out at a restaurant in the morning, but after looking at the hotel breakfast we ate there instead.

Best hotel ever for the price! Free Happy hour beer,wine and soda. Nice pool and spa! Bbq food available for a small price for dinner. Walking distance from down town. Staff was awesome! Best ever!!!!!!😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️

The included breakfast includes too little meat; last year they had a cappuccino machine, but it has since disappeared. The poolside grill guy was nice and the food was good, but he kept arriving late. The laundry room had only two washers and dryers, and one lady had two large loads, so no one else could wash until she was done; the room is large enough for more (stacking, front loading) machines, which would be an improvement.

I wished I had asked for a room farther from the pool, but thankfully guests were respectful and didn't stay up late.

We loved our experience. The room was immaculate, the bed was so fresh and comfortable. Even the sofa bed had a new mattress and my son slept well. We loved the happy hour and had steak sandwiches from the BBQ. We were spoiled for choices at breakfast. Everything was wonderful.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very welcoming and the free drinks were a nice opportunity to chat to other guests. Pool looked lovely. Nice big room. Very nice reception. Breakfast was good and plenty of options. Great bar next door too.

Everything went extremely well. We traveled for a birthday celebration and were happy with our stay. The staff, rooms, pool/jacuzzi, breakfast and happy hour were all great. We will definitely be staying here again.

This little hotel has so much heart--home-cooked breakfast, happy hour, laundry machines, a pool + jacuzzi, flowering landscape in which to sit and stroll, and an outdoor BBQ for dinners. The employees and guests are some of the friendliest people--and I really enjoyed getting to know everyone! Plus, it's a quick stroll into town or Cal Poly--both great ways to enjoy the California Sunshine. Be warned: the rooms are bit loud, as they face an interior courtyard and have relatively thin walls. But, the guests are so uniformly chill that people dealt with one another with a lot of kindness and patience.

Breakfast could use more fresh options. I'm super picky about processed foods--and it felt like a lot of the items came from a box/can, etc.

This is such a sweet little property. Staff is so friendly and kind. I loved the daily BBQ and happy hour. Guests were uniformly happy and friendly. It's easy to travel alone and make a lot of friends. The rooms, although a bit dated, had plenty of space with living and bedroom areas separated. Daily breakfast was large and plentiful. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and nice to enjoy after a long day. It's a quick stroll to either town or Cal Poly. Laundry onsite is a nice touch, too. The owner really cares--it's one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in this year.
