When we walked into the King Suite we rented, it reaked of cigarette smell as if someone had been smoking in the room more than a few times. It was an obvious smell as we arent smokers. We also did not have a comforter inside the duvet cover so we essentially only had a sheet and no blanket. Told the front staff about the issues, but nothing was done or compensated for. We paid our full bill but will not be back. The first time we stayed was weeks before this, and it was okay with no real issues. We stayed a 2nd time and were put in a different King Suite than our 1st time....that one had no table and no chair. It was a big empty room with a TV on a dresser and the bed, no other furniture. We okay with that stay as well for the most part. This 3rd time was the final straw when nothing was done to accommodate better when the room reaked of cigarettes and there was no comforter. The breakfast they offer is nothing but complimentary coffee and some light crackers in the morning that they put out on a table in the reception area. The hotel its self, is aged and it shows. The price doesn't justify staying there anymore with the recent issues and the building being neglected.

But didn’t have anything in the room to cook or serve with. You needed to call down to the front desk. But 10-11:00 pm (when we checked in) was too late to much effort. We were just too tired.

The front desk person when i arrived was not super great, i believe she tried to charge me for my room again asking for my payment when it was already payed. Seemed upset when i told her it was already paid for. The lady in the morning was very accommodating when asked for a couple things

The room kitchen area don’t be feeling or lookin clean. There was hair in freezer, fridge just look uncleaned. I REALLLLLLLLY HATE THE FACT YOUR KEY CARD CUTS OFF AT 10 AND CHECK OUT IS 11. Wasting TIME just to get stuff together. That’s unacceptable especially what if your client has a kid. ILL BE PISSED. Cutting the card off is the way to tell someone they gotta go!!!! The baby breakfast bar could be better it’s not actually breakfast it’s SNACK to hold you for a hour. Just granola bar and muffins. Y’all need to upgrade that, and do re-fresh clean before guest check in.

I am recommending that the property improves ventilation and air quality throughout the building.

The staff was rude and our beds were very hard. They also had no breakfast when it said we were going to get breakfast. Also my son left a pillow and I called to ask if we can come back to retrieve it and I was told it probably got thrown away!

Reception was poor. Lobby was full of Marijuana smoke and we were not attended to in a timely manner. Will not recommend.

When we got the keys, I accidentally walked into someone else's room and left then the same key was used for my assigned room so the room thar I accidentally walked into the residence and myself went back to the desk. He keyed my access card and it was assigned to my room but no one knows how my key was used for another room so the keys was switch and updated again.

The staff was pleasant. We had 2 rooms. One room needed to be changed because it smelled of smoke and it was changed immediately. So that was a good thing

The location could use some upgrades , the didn't have cookware in the room , the paint was chipping on the wall. It just need some upgrades .

Everything was between decent and good. The room seemed clean but the building was kind of run down... rusty refrigerator door, curtains that wouldn't close fully, no plug for bathtub. On the other hand, one exit door bar came loose and was repaired right away. Staff were okay.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the walls from someone shaving. We even found their disposable shaver cover in the tub. There was also a bottle of alcohol left over in the cupboard area. The pillows were terrible.

It looked like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and there was no coffee maker in our room. We were also expecting utensils, knives, forks, spoons.

The room was very dated and dirty. Bed was somewhat comfortable but the pillows were pretty bad. The entire hotel smelled quite bad.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the highway and dining.

No ice machine, not enough towels (had to ask several times) hallway area needed desperately to be cleaned and no hair dryer!!
