There was no extra bedding for the pullout couch for our group of 5. Also, there were only 3 towels, which is okay, but I did specify there would be 5 guests. The pullout mattress was very stained. I thought at first there were no trash cans, but they were tucked in cabinets. Found out upon check in that they have no dishes or anything provided for the kitchen, so we had to go buy some. The wifi was extremely slow. The mirrors were stained and dusty. There was only one bar of soap as an amenity. No coffee maker, which is weird because even a cheap motel would have that. I've been a housekeeper for motels, and I could tell that despite the note on the mirror, the room was not inspected by a manager.

I loved the amount of space.

Room had a bad smell. We initially thought it was cigarette smoke, staff said they think it was from the fairly new paint. Breakfast was lackluster (packaged muffins and granola bars, instant oatmeal). Kitchen cabinet was broken. Full kitchen, but no dishes, silverware or pans.

Jill at the front desk was great! She was friendly, helpful and kind, definitely the best part of the hotel. When I talked to her about the odor in the room she provided Fabreeze and an electric air purifier, which helped a lot. Beds were comfortable. Having a full fridge and freezer was helpful. Hotel was quiet. Room was clean.

Had I known how poor the breakfast is I wouldn’t have booked this location. I don’t book based on how good a breakfast is as much as whether they actually have one or not. To call what you have there a breakfast based on the free breakfast offered by most is a joke.

Bed in couch was poor, dirty stained sheet on it. No ice machine in hotel, no ice trays in fridge, bed hard as rock, hardly any channels on TV, so nothing to watch, cabinets were tacky and stuck shut.

Well, if you don't stay at least 14 days, you are responsible for taking out your own garbage? 😬 But, if your stay is short, then not a problem. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned better and the room smells. Probably the carpet? 🤔 And I wiped down the TV stand and it was very dirty. Kitchen table still had food smears from prior guest use. But, the price was good and it was very quiet which was very nice.🙂

The staff was really helpful and kind. The hotel is conveniently located.

I did not like that when I arrived to the hotel, I had to press 0 on the phone to have to wait 15 mins for someone to come check me in. When the door finally open it was two individuals that was under the influence (smelling like marijuana) but couldn’t assist me. Telling me that my reservation was cancelled due to a no show but I came and confirmed that I was coming. I paid for two nights and was not even allowed to enter the hotel room. Busy weekend in Cincinnati which put me and my family in a bind in getting a hotel to stay in

No breakfast. Have to pay to have access to kitchen tools. Towels were clean but dingy, need a good bleaching. Microwave is tiny. Vague smell of weed in stairwells and lobby.

Reception was very helpful and got us new rooms when the first two were not acceptable (cigarette smoke smell in first hallway, second room had not been made up). Laundry facilities worked well and were good addition. Mattress comfortable, room temp easy to regulate, decent shower.

They say rooms were smoke free, but they smelled of more than just cigarettes. Had to switch initially allocated room because it smelled of urine , the carpet even had its stains. sticky surfaces, bedsheets that felt unwashed, not even a hair dryer provided. Price is not even very low, comparable price to very good other hotels in the vicinity.

No soap, shampoo and only 2 towel sets, we had 5 people. When asking for more towels told trade in dirty or a fee for more. Didn't realize no breakfast because of kitchen in room. Only thing in room extra was 2 plastic cups. Luckily Meijer right there so we bought silverware, plates, bowls, toilet paper and breakfast items. No pool.

Large room, comfortable beds, quiet. Good location. Meijer right there. Air conditioning worked well. Not a vacation hotel, really for people there for work.

Nothing came with the kitchen. Nothing. You had to pay for a set of dishes and a set of pots/pans to the tune of $60. The bathroom cabinet door was falling off, the curtain rod was barely hanging on. The cable TV was nonfunctional and I had to call THEIR service provider myself. There was never a staff person around. The pillows were godawful, flat and uncomfortable.

It was pretty clean. Located near to shopping which was necessary so I could buy pans, silverware, etc because they did not supply ANYTHING for the kitchen.
