Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Service is great! Very nice and helpful staff. Happy hour is nice. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and clean. Was very convenient to DuPont Circle. Will stay here again. We did not pay for breakfast. Not sure if it is offered or not but we chose to get Starbucks just a couple blocks away the first morning and we were at the airport early the second. So can’t give feedback on that.

United StatesI didn't realize there was a clean water dispenser on each floor until the last day. It would be great if the staff had mentioned that at check-in but this was a very tiny thing. It's a nice amenity.
The room was very nice, great modern decor and very comfortable and spacious The shower was incredible! Loved the location, a little quieter than other parts of DC. It's a very small lobby but that is ok for me, I don't need those type of amenities. I didn't get a chance to go in the adjacent restaurant, the Firefly, but it looked lovely. Within walking distance of the Phillips Collection Museum, which was great. All sorts of restaurants and shops within walking distance, but feels like a neighborhood. I'd definitely stay here again.

United StatesUnfortunately we weren't impressed with the property's partner restaurant. They did make it right, but I really disappointed that they felt it was ok to serve a completely unappetizing dish. We also wished there was a vent in the bathroom to help decrease the moisture after taking showers a little quicker.
The staff was incredibly welcoming when we arrived as well as the entire duration of our stay. We were wished a nice day when leaving and offered bottles of water (very appreciated because we visited for the 4th of July and it was pretty warm). We were welcomed back upon returning. The room was more spacious than other properties we’ve stayed at on vacation - the bathroom was huge! Our kids enjoyed being able to connect to our family’s streaming platforms during down/rest time at the hotel between activities. We LOVED that the location was so close to a couple different Metro stations and lots of great places to eat within walking distance for both breakfast and dinner! And our walks in the area had the most beautiful views, and green-spaces everywhere!!!
