The only complaint was the coffee packets in the room didn’t have much coffee creamer. Only one packet in each package.

The location is very quiet. We arrived a bit late around 10:00pm but that was not a problem. We only stayed one night, it was a nice, quiet, clean room. There were two televisions, a bonus area with a sofa and desk. Check in and out was quick and easy. We ended up paying less than anticipated, which was nice. Would stay again, we explored the area a bit before continuing our trip, we fell in love.

Our only issue and it was minor was that the breakfast attendant was not very friendly; I understand that English was not her primary language but I asked for pepper and she was very terse in her reply. I also heard another couple complaining that they asked about decaf coffee and were met with the same response. Otherwise we really have no complaints about the room and will keep it on our radar for future trips. Also, breakfast ran from 630-930 and I understand there is a schedule, but people were still eating and she just started packing everything up.

First off, Joe El? not sure if I spelled correctly, but he was working the desk at check in (9pm) and he was extremely friendly; room was a business suite so it had 2 queen beds and a separate sitting area/desk/tv ; the couch pulled into a sofa bed with a nice pillow top mattress on it. The room temp was easily controlled and no issues; everything was clean; we had a view of the pool and it looked clean and refreshing, but we did not use it. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles, cereals, bagels, juices and coffee. Within walking distance to a local restaurant that had good food.

Had a decent stay. Was charged hotel and tax fees on pet fee. I travel often and have never seen that. What was supposed to be a $25 pet fee ended up being $31 and change. Plus I was charged an additional $2 and change for something else. All together there were three separate charges. Not that great of an area to walk the dog. They did put me on the first floor close to the door so that was good. Comfortable room and quiet. Just watch out for hidden fees.

Reviews were bad. I am an exterminater and checked beds and furniture before placing luggage. Found nothing. It was definitely a concern with some reviews but had no issues whatsoever. There was a little disrepair on faucet / extra play but didn't affect function. like I said in my review, Happy to have stayed here and hope this hotel and staff will have years of service and help many travel weary customers for a long time .

I was not expecting much when I arrived but staff was incredibly cheerful, accommodating to our needs and attentive. Room was perfect for our needs. Temperature was perfect. Cable was great. Shower was hot. beds were comfortable. The Couch bed was a standard Hide a bed, so that mattress was acceptable. If adults need to sleep on that mattress, I would suggest just adding another room. Breakfast in the morning was great. It had a large selection for everyones needs. It included eggs, sausage, cereal, and breads with spread and juices and coffee. Everything was filling and tasty. We were happy to stay here and it definitely helped our trip since we cut our travel down to a manageable drive. There is also a Restaurant within walking distance which was delicious and filling and the staff was very accommodating. In the morning walking to our minivan the flowers outside smelled really nice. It was an absolutely beautiful day and I was well rested for our 8 hour drive home which would have been at least 16 if we didn't stay here. This review may be a little corney, but I wanted to pay it forward for the very cheerful staff who made my stay for my family very enjoyable.

Perhaps a written notice given when you come in as to the times when breakfast begins and ends. Maybe even a sign in the dining area or over the coffee as a reminder. I was informed verbally when I signed in but I forgot the ending availability.

I mostly needed coffee and a lot of it! It was just what I needed and it was delicious. The biscuits were very warm and welcome. I like that I could take care of my own room without interuption. I was given the option of calling for towels or anything else. Of course I appreciated the "free" parking of my rental car.
