The gap in curtains allowed light in during the night. The first room i was given had a pair of shorts on bed, jeans hanging in closet, and a makeup case in the bathroom. I dont know if they were left behind or if I was given a room that was already occupied. Was given another room, and all was fine.

The TV in our room (328) didn't work. Besides that, it's just an old hotel with rusted, pocked bathtub, and chipped tile flooring; one corner over an inch missing by the tub. Needs updated and cosmetically fixed.

The staff were superb; very helpful, friendly, and polite. The older couple making breakfast every morning did a fantastic job.

We have stayed here many times. It is our go-to when we come visit Lansing. It can be pricey on football weekends but normally it's more reasonably priced. No complaints. 2 minutes from highway.

Lots of little up keep things needed to be done. Loose tiles in bathroom, curtains were stained in bottom with water stains, staining on ceiling. Nothing horrible but seems room's need tlc.

Good breakfast in the morning though pancakemaker was not working but pleanty of other options. Mostly quiet and beds were okay - staff were pleasant. Did not use it but pool but looked nice, and there is a workout room.

The pool was so cloudy and smelled like chlorine so badly everyone coughed when we went in. No towels in the pool area. Upon arrival Had to ask for bedding for pullout bed and additional towels only supplied 2 for a family of 4. Which they gladly supplied.

Breakfast was not that great the biscuits were dry and kind of hard, I did like the two options for meat because I do not eat pork, the cinnamon rolls were not that good either, very small cups so I had to keep getting up to fill the juice every two drinks.

The breakfast was okay, but not great. Cleanliness in the common areas could have been a little better.

Location was very convenient. Easy access from and to the highway, and near a couple of eating options. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, the TV had a good picture quality and sound, and the water pressure and hot water in the shower was very good.

1. I not like if someone coming in room, when I was here or outside. Cleaning person coming to room. After I out from hotel - she can cleaning how much she want/need. But not in time when I stand in my room. I not feel comfortable if someone walk between my staff and looking what I have (my clothes, food). 2. TV was old. And we want watch some movies. But here not have nothing for watch. Sad.

When we first walked in there was kind of a musty, dank odor. But that just could have accumulated over time. The hotel was clean for the most part.

It was in close proximity to the church we were going to visit. It was less than 10 minutes away. The staff was courteous and professional.

Lighting was awful. First floor large window facing the parking lot and it was not possible to close the blackout blinds. This lead to a large streetlight glaring directly into the bedroom lighting the place up like a Christmas party. If you struggle to sleep with light, make SURE to bring a blackout sleep mask.

Hotel was great, had a wonderful breakfast mini buffet with eggs and bacon and sausage depending on the day.
