We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBreakfast was advertised there was none and I only found out by asking. When I booked I specifically asked for a detailed receipt and work up I had to call to complete this. The front area is not really accessible.There was a particular smell in the elevator and the hallways. As I was traveling for business I had to leave at a certain time, however the front desk was not open and would not be open until when I had to leave and I would not be able to come back to check out by 11am. Thankfully some waiting staff was able to take my key card and pass it along. The entire experience was definitely less than I planned. I would have chosen a cheaper hotel closer to the venue if I had known all of the above.
It was near plenty of food and shopping options were less than 20 minutes away.

There was some incident in the hallway between the elevator and my room. Someone or some fight and I left right them. Not comfortable for me. Would not go back.

United StatesWhat I didn’t like about the property was the failure to know information about why a customer has a DNR yet the customer themselves are clueless on what’s going on and the property asks them to leave the premises and when trying to retrieve your refund you fight with the third-party vendor, which is Booking.com and you also have to fight with extended stay to get the situation fixed
