The staff made the hotel. They were friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are large. The 3-11 shift desk guy was the best. Appreciate him.

United StatesWe didn’t eat there cause we was scared of food poisoning cause the hotel was horribly dirty and smelled horribly bad it looks abandoned and we got stuck in the elevator so we used the stairs after that it was just awful and I think they should only charge $10 a night it’s not worth it and looks like crack head central. We had to go buy bleach to clean the toilet and bathroom and Lysol wipes to wipe everything down and the beds had dirty sheets with hair, black stuff , and pee stains on them had to clean the room from head to toe and the mirrors was dirty and the hair dry had black and other dirty stuff on it. And the microwave had dried up ramen noodles in it and no plate and the phone didn’t work it’s a lot worse than what I’m saying in this post so don’t waste your money cause I paid $250 and it was beyond nasty. I also have videos but it won’t let me post them 🤔🙄the wipes is from us buying them and cleaning the room.

United KingdomVery dirty and threadbare room. The blackout curtains were hanging off the rail so the room was too bright to sleep well with the car park floodlights right outside. There was litter strewn around in the car park. The bed had crumpled sheets and looked like it perhaps had not been changed. The towels were in various shades of grey. There was a very early 09:00 breakfast cut off which is atypical. Housekeeping woke me up at 09:30 tapping on the door to service the room (I had arrived in the small hours the night before) and then came back again at 10:30 despite the checkout time being 11:00. When I reported this to the desk staff I got a very defiant and hostile reaction. Was told that "most people are up and gone by then." My impression was that this place is really a form of worker's hostel. Just grubby and not invested in. Cannot recommend this establishment. Later found nearby hotels with very much higher value for the same money.

United StatesPool closed indefinitely. Bathroom floor sticky like it was cleaned with dirty water. Outside doors not secure. All windows face very bright parking lot lights that stay on all night. Good for keeping an eye on your car bad for sleeping. And blackout curtains have only a 6 inch track on each side so they can't be closed. Building smells like smoke when you walk in. Breakfast was eggs, sausage links, pieces of white bread, microwave tater tots, waffle, and milk and orange juice that had been left out.

United StatesOutside looks sketchy and top floor the hallway felt super hot. I was worried at first but room turned out great.
It was good for what we needed. We had a family member in the hospital so we stayed just in case he was going to have a surgery. So it was a good price for most definitely nice room. Also breakfast was good. Not a whole lot of options but definitely enough to get full.
