Outdated, smelled and there was trash outside the doors. Look like people lived there. You could smell weed everywhere.

The condition of the property is average. Our room itself was comfortable but the bathroom could use help. The towels were see through. The breakfast was quite frankly a joke. We came at 8am (one hour left for breakfast) to find no yogurt, only a couple of fruit cups, no tea, nothing hot, hardly any butter, etc.

I didn't request a quiet room. I requested a first floor room because we were traveling with a senior dog. They accommodated us in this regard and also for an early check in. When I asked for an extra pillow and blanket they were brought promptly. The bed was comfy.

Breakfast was a joke! Toast,cereal&juice is not a continental breakfast.Walked in the first night killed a cockroach. Neighbors sounded like they were in your room kid crying and bouncing off the wall,. one trash can, missing light bulbs,walls need cleaned. Door is janky. This would be a lower end hotel. But you get what you pay for I guess. Just figured a king suite would be more of a suite. Stained towel. Shower took 8 min no joke to get hot enough to shower. Parking lot flooded on back side. Walking through 6in of water to reach side walk. No Chanel guide. No front desk service after 9 pm. One ice machine and vending machine next to office only. Hotel needs some updates inside of the rooms as far as paint,facing of a unit falling apart looks like shit.

I liked the nice tv and the entertainment centers. We did get a bundle deal on two rooms, but our room had blood stains on the bed covers and when we asked for a new one, they said they didn’t have none. But they did have a pillow ( which we would have to go get when we was the very last room they wouldn’t bring it to us) . Then on to the (breakfast included) which was bagels with no cream cheese or anything . But for a budget trip, it was a good deal for two rooms. Just make sure to bring food and blankets with you .

The hotel was double booked. We asked for a king room smoking. When we checked in and got our key we were origally put in a queen room, without being notified about the room change. I went back to the office and told them what I reserved and the put is in a king room but it was non smoking which was a bit of an inconvenience. The walls had small holes and the ceiling was cracking, the shower head wasn't exactly sealed in.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable

The whole room smelled like maple syrup, and their wasn’t a microwave. Hot water was awesome though. No coat hangers whatsoever.

My room did not have towels in them, when I ask about towel the representative at desk said he would call for housekeeping, after he ask me did I see someone from housekeeping I told him no. So he called and he could not reach anyone.

Iron wasn't working. The bathroom ceiling showed mold and dog barking before day break. Very limited to towels. The overflowing, smelly trash can and the walk ways needs pressure washing. It's not worth the 180.00 for any event on the coast, and it goes back to regular price. If I knew I needed to take pictures to prove what I experienced, I would have taken pictures.

Being woken up at 530am and also at 7am with a couple fighting, banging on the room glass just a room over from me. And also the blankets were very very thin

My room smelled like smoke even though I asked for a non smoking room. My covers & sheets were dirty on both beds. I had to buy my own. 2 of the pillows had mold on them.. The mini fridge didnt work & it took them a whole day to come switch it out.
