Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWe booked for 4 people (but we booked the last minute) , we checked in at 1am , we have to ask for extra linens for the sofa bed after going to the room as the room didn’t come with it. This facility also said they serve muffins and bar for breakfast. When I came at 825 am in the morning, it was empty and I ask if theres any food , they said they had a rush earlier and wasn’t able to refill but she only gave me bars.

United StatesThe room had signs of black mold in the bathroom . Bed was extremely uncomfortable. The parking spots were very close to each other. Made it hard to get into your vehicle. Lobby hours are not customized for those who need to check out earner.

United StatesThere was a table tent on the Kitchen table letting us know if we needed anything like utensils, cooking pots etc.. then we needed to ask the front desk , this included coffee maker toaster etc…there was no breakfast there were basic breakfast bars and small muffins and coffee that was it being diabetic usually there are meats , eggs etc..

CanadaCheck-in was painfully slow and the fellow in front of me was almost finished when I arrived. At least 15 minutes. Absolutely nothing in the room: no coffee maker, utensils, proper ceramic cups to heat the water, no lotion. Good thing I brought my own tea as I awake early. Muffins were stale and they only had chocolate. We stayed here 2 years ago and the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. No extra pillows in the room.
Location is great, BUT the link for Google Maps sent us to a different Extended Stay. We had to have someone phone over for the correct address. Rooms are spacious and handy. Reasonably clean. Excellent price. Decent WIFI speed.

United StatesI have used booking for many years and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I had a 16-hour flight from Rochester to Seattle. I arrived at the facility around midnight and they didn't let me in although I had a booking confirmation and showed it to them. In the middle of the night, after a long flight, they didn't let me in! So, I took another Uber and tried to find another hotel to sleep in. After this incident, I called them more than 4 times and described that the situation wasn't my fault at all and requested to get at least my money back, but they didn't pay attention. They told me there had been an issue between Booking and this place, so my name wasn't updated in their system to let me in. Then, I emailed their manager, no response! Not only you didn't let me and my wife in but also charged us the full price! I described this at least to 3 of your employees. At least have the courtesy to apologize.

There was nothing in the rooms and the ironing board was broken. I didn't need it, but still... the staff was OK but short with the other people staying there and had no answers to anyone questions. United StatesWe reserved two queen beds but received a king with a pull-out sofa instead (which was very uncomfortable for two people to share). We were told that because we booked on booking.com that our type of room was not reserved, just that we would get a room. I have never before had a hotel tell us this. Also the bathroom air vent was damaged and made a horrible screeching noise.
Location, staff helpful with giving out dishes, queen beds and pillow were comfortable. Showers had good water pressure and good hot water.

United StatesBed was very hard and uncomfortable and they didn't have any extra pillows or an ice machine. My husband and I had to buy a mattress topper and extra pillows to sleep comfortably. Also they only provide limited kitchen supplies to use when they have them. Had to buy paper products and microwavable food. Nice place but definitely for the traveler whom can fend for themselves.
Room was nice and super clean and the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be for how the hotel is set up. Hotel location was super great, very centrally located to lots of entertainment and stores.
