Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Italythe guy at the reception I asked what time breakfast was and there was from 7 to 10, instead it closed at 9 and luckily Mrs. Danielle managed to give us some toast and some jam otherwise having breakfast included we would have skipped it. The smell of mold is the slippery floor because of it, it didn't allow us to enjoy the only night we had booked, the sheets looked wet as much as they smelled of mold,terrible!

We understand that the price of eggs right now might make it prohibitive to have them on the menu; however, I think there could’ve been a good replacement. The sausage was dried out and overcooked. Definitely wasn’t what we expected for a “full breakfast“ Was also very disappointed in the exorbitant $30 fee for a small dog. This was not listed on the website or through trivago.

United StatesWe weren’t told about a citywide water problem at check in; found out about it afterwards through notes posted in elevator. We needed bottled water for toothbrushing and had to go to lobby to get it. They should have placed a bottle in the room. Also, due to the same issue, breakfast didn’t include coffee, juice, waffles… We had to go back to room to my coffee with bottled water. The hotel is not responsible for the water problem but it shoul communicate to guests about it in a better way. Also, woman overseeing breakfast area and woman at desk in the morning need to be trained in customer service. greeting and thanking guests, and basic hospitality rules
