The desk clerk was not helpful at all. I'm not sure if she couldn't understand or just was just being rude. The back entrance was sketchy, the back door glass was broken and the security doors were propped open with wash clothes up through the stairwell.

The beds were great! The room, hallway and lobby were clean, neat and clutter free.

They are doing a lot of upgrading. Whole place smells like paint. All of the fire alarms are chirping.

Staff supper nice!!! I will recommend that your staff ware hairnets when cleaning the hair (black) is gross & also vacuum everything before mopping!!! Whom ever did the gray for the white tile needs to clean up their mess when finishing the job, makes it appear to be black mold. The trim around the flooring needs cleaning. The pool issue should be a refund for False advertising… they’re waiting on inspection I guess… Breakfast was amazing not a waffle eater but I set them every morning!

After only being in the room for one hour and not being able to get the t.v. to work we asked to be moveed to a room with working wifi or we would be checking out we were informed that since we were in the room for 1 hr. that he would not be refunding our money. could have been handled much better especially because we were the only ones in the hotel.

Terrible breakfast, dirty, outdated. A/C unit made a terrible sound, it was hard to stay asleep through the night. Multiple outlets didn't work.

1. Window curtain was old and and fraying. 2. In the bathroom: i, the toilet seat was not probably bolted down (it shook when you sat on it) ii. There was no toilet paper rod. iii. The mirrors that surrounded the hot tub were smeared and looked greasy (we ended up cleaning them). iiii. the rods that were supposed to hold up the shower curtain were "out of the wall" which exposed the holes in the wall and the plaster into which the rods should have been placed. We stayed in room 113.

not much of a continental breakfast.. and the waffles had no flavor.. was like cardboard taste. barely any syrup for them. hair all over in our room.. not even enough towels or wash clothes to accommodate the room. and looked as if someone had pee'd literally all down the back of the bathroom door which didn't even close completely. bed was hard so I got no sleep on top of the fact it seemed small to fit my husband and I on.

The bathroom was a bit untidy. The tub felt weak in the bottom. It was not stocked with near enough linens. We were told breakfast was available until 9 but was closed at 8:40 when we arrived.

The property was clean, location was quiet, and room was comfortable and spacious.

The bed was hard, not really comfortable.the shower floor was rotten and moved under my feet when I would shower. The a/c made all kinds of noises when it would run. The pool was not filled. There is a doorbell that goes off evertime some one goes in and out that I can hear from my room.

More food on weekdays for people since workers/ occupants took large amounts. Noise by laundry services where people were shouting.

Breakfast was awesome! Had waffle's that you can make with cereals', milk, OJ , yogurts, bananna's , and apples along with different coffee's . Only complaints were noise from some of the occupants shouting in hallways, since onsite laundromat was by my room, and i was working on a night shift in vicinity, and some of the breakfast items were taken by some of hotel occupants ( like not enough to go around). The hotel did work with me on pricing as gouging was going on for St. Pat's day parade in Savannah. I indicated i was here to work, and not party.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor you could tell it had not been mopped or swept in a long time also the continental breakfast was terrible
