The tile surrounding the jacuzzi is falling off the walls. Our bathroom sink didn't drain at all.

I was charged twice! When I checked out, the clerk said that it was the security deposit! I always look at the fine print and no where did it state that I would be charged a $119 service charge. She said that with booking.com you have to look in their detailed booking information! I always use booking.com and never had this happen before! She said the funds would be released in 3-5 days as long as I didn’t steal or destroy something! That is unacceptable!!🤬

Beds were a little firm but overall i liked it alot! The bathroom was lovely, the space was nice. I thought it was pretty lovely.

Have stayed here a couple times. Staff is always great and above and beyond. Was a bit disappointed at the cleanliness of the King hot tub suite. Drawers on inside were dirty, room had a smoky smell too it, danky. Hot tub water got nice and hot, the shower water not so much. If i looked out my window i had a good view of trash on the ground, a good amount, so property definitely could use a cleaning. Also noticed that all Fox stations were blocked on the TV and found that weird considering the others were allowed.

Close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping places. . The staff was great, well the one i talked to was, he worked the day until evening, good dude and helpful.

Its a 3 star hotel it's a little outdated with the furniture and walls the bed feel like it's was a little broken or about to brake I had the jacuzzi suits it was good for the price I'm not mad at them I probably go back because of the rate but a upgrade is needed

The spa tub was beautiful until I turned on the jets and white flakes came out making me feel unsure about getting in and enjoying it. The bed was too soft and lumpy making it a very long night with restless sleep.

The location was great with restaurants and gas station near by. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and informative. Once in the room, the rainfall shower head and shower itself were a great feature. The breakfast bar was a good variety of foods. Yogurt, cereal, bagels, waffles, eggs and sausage along with the drink options of tea, coffee and milk.

The refrigerator was very loud, the temperature of the room could not be controlled by the heat/air. The check in person did not explain anything about the hotel at all. Just asked for my id and credit card. Handed me the room key and that was it. She didn’t even tell me what room I was in or how to find the room.

The heat cut out in the middle of the night it got uncomfortably cold in the room by morning and the sink in the bathroom was clogged.

The bedding could have been newer. The comforter was ripped at the seam and showed stuffing. The is 2nd time I've stayed here. I liked the room we had the 1st time as it had more shower heads not just one on the ceiling if you don't want to wash your hair it's hard to not get it wet.

The breakfast is very good and a lot of options. There is also a free fitness room. The room was clean but had a ripped comforter where stuffing was showing. Didn't notice till bed time so didn't complain.

Could not sleep because the bed was awful…you constantly feel like you’re going to roll off…ended up sleeping in the chair with my feet on the bed.

Room was by the end of the hall door…the rainfall shower was amazing…the jet tub was super relaxing…front desk staff was super friendly

First room had a broken bed. Breakfast was sub par. The food types were there, but the execution was poor.

The hotel was quite clean compared to many of my recent stays at other hotels. Jacuzzi suite was very spacious.

The room has a very weird layout. Bathtub very slippery I was gone have a shower I decided against it for fear of falling very disappointing. Toilet too close to the wall. Lots of wasted space to cram everything in the back.

Poor water pressure in the shower , took forever to get hot water , the washroom door wouldn’t close , it appears to be a older building getting a low budget upgrade

I made the mistake of turning on a UV flashlight. Although the bed and bed linens were clean, ALL of the walls and the whole part of the toilet under the bowl were filthy with human fluids. There was no manager there to address the issue. Fortunately we were only staying one night. We avoided touching surfaces as much as possible.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly but unhelpful for my issue.

Our non smoking room had the faint smell of smoke in it.

We were driving cross country and liked the ease of access from the highway, the location is on a quiet side street in a neighborhood that is surrounded by many other restaurants and stores. Lots to choose from if you want to go out to eat or pick up something to go. The woman checking us in was so incredibly nice and welcoming. Wish I could remember her name!
