There was a dog off leash barking at me. It scared me.

They gave me a key card for an occupied room. The occupant was not happy.

Room smelt like Pot. There was a dirty towel left in our room from the other guest. The bathroom lite sometimes worked and sometimes it didn't.

The room wasn't ready because they had no sheets to make the beds. One bed was missing the top sheet. Floors were dirty. The elevator was dirty and stinky. I had to hold my breath for the ride. No toilet paper holder.

Was billed $14.72 above the rate quoted by booking.com. It was credited back. The other people in our group were overcharged the same. I suspect they were trying to recoup your booking.com fee and hoped no one would notice. Our room was ready on time. Other people in our group, room wasn't ready when we had to leave at 4 for event. Still not ready when we returned at 9:30. Severely understaffed, internet speed was barely fast enough to check email let alone anything else. TV, local ABC and CBS usually didn't come in, was watchable 1 morning, that was about it. Room smelled like it was a smoking room.

Bad tv reception on 2 of the 3 main channels. One-ply toilet paper. Worn mattress. Room not ready at check in and when returned at 8:30 pm had to wait for housekeeper to finish mopping. Charged more than quoted price for room but did adjust price when we showed our confirmation.

I felt like I was going to get robbed when I was taking our things to our room. There were a few guys that would come over it of there room every time I went down and watched me. I was making sure I didn’t leave anything and I found someone dentures behind the nightstand.

When we checked In the staff were very nice and accommodating.

This place is not good. No top sheet on the bed. Only a hand towel and a washcloth...no bath towel. No cups or coffee maker. It has a two burner cooktop but no pans or anything to put food on. Two of the drawers won't close and just hang open; one doesn't have a handle. There is a microwave but no tableware. The second day the bathroom light didn't work.

Friendly check-in folks and there was an elevator to the third floor

It was a bit uncomfortable and dirty. Loud noises at night from homeless and could hear the people above walking around and making the ceiling creak.

It was in a relatively convenient location next to shops and public transport. Easy to check in too

Lack of garbage cans. The clerk put me on 3rd floor after I mentioned being handicap. Senior discount was denied. Found drugs in roll of toilet paper, gave to police (oxytocin). My room as well as most of them smelled of Marijuana extremely, told nothing to do about it.

Convenient mini kitchen. Comfortable bed. Shower was so-so.

Have proper supplies. At least have the basics.

No blanket no soap. I asked if they had a blanket and she said "let me check". She didn't have one so I waited an hr and a half to get a clean blanket. Brought my own soap in. The girl in the office had good customer service despite the condition/status of the business.

It was not clean. The key did not work and every time we had to go get the front desk to cone override the lock. Even after they changed batteries it would not work.

The rooms were not ready at check in time. One room had a "special way" to open the door. Floor in the room was dirty and there were bugs, maybe termites and spiders.

It was fairly close to the stadium. Many restaurants were close.

I didn’t like not being able to get a refund for the room nobody stayed in due to my partner buying this room, as a “surprise” but then she got mad at me for working late and didn’t even cancel it or let me know about it at all. By the time I found the receipts and emails, it was past the point of qualifying to refund. I’m struggling to make ends meet and this is a whole week of food to me.

I like that a staff member told me to call a manager about my partner buying this room while she had my phone and access to my cash app debit card.
