Wall ways are very dirty no morning coffee as they say they charge me for my dog as if I was paying for two people you said that was 451 they charge me 699 because of my dog that's bad business I'm not happy with it

The sheets, bathroom facilities, blankets, floor was dirty and previous tenants belongings were still in the room. The heating when you turned it on smelled very foul like a burning smell almost and was just uncleanly all-together.

The toilet was clogged, it was roach infested, and the rug looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since they opened the place! Overall it looked like they gave the room without cleaning the last customers mess!

The room was falling apart holes in the furniture ,trim coming ,off cigarette burn stains on countertops when it was supposed be a nonsmoking room ,holes in walls ,toilet paper holder broken ,paint coming off walls ,rusted hinges

Place has potential the rooms are setup nicely, however they smell like Roach and cigarettes. There were many roaches running around, I didn't sleep there I checked out.

It was gross. It was smelling like a mix of animals, alcohol, pee, cigarettes, and moldy air from the AC. There were to utensils, pans, dishes, etc to use. The AC fan was loud, it sounded like construction workers started to work on the unit. All surfaces and the floor were greasy, it was a disaster.

The room was nasty. You can tell they spent very little effort in remodeling if they even did remodel, and the cleaning job scares me the floor was leaving foot prints from being so dirty and the bathroom whoever cleaned it definitely needs to be retrained or supervised.my biggest issue was smoking by my door and coming into my room when I asked the manager about that before paying for the room. Will never go back to this location especially since I was promised I would smell cigarettes smoke.

Cockroaches in some rooms

Most rooms were ok, but I stayed 20+ times within 1-2 months, some of the rooms had cockroaches at the end so I quit staying there

It wasn't cleaned well. The fridge was dirty and the floor was very dirty. I walked across the floor a couple of times and the bottom of my socks were black. I could hear the guest above us with every step they walked on their floor and it sounded as though they were stomping and running.

I liked that it had a kitchenette with burners, a fridge and a microwave. The beds were comfortable.

It's advertised that they have fully equipped kitchens and until you get there which I did after working a 10hour shift ,you don't know that they don't have any plates,cups, silverware or anything to cook with and then you find out they have that stuff it just to cost extra but the office hours are limited. There are not comforters on the bed it's just the top sheet and a blanket that's as thin as the sheet.

The location was great and close to my job. I was able to book and pay for the room within mins online between patients.
