No crib or pack n play for our 2 year old. Top of fridge was dirty. Fan in bathroom didn't work. No toaster or coffee maker available and we could only get 1 bowl and 1 fork for 4 people. We were having a lot of trouble with our key working in the room door but worked fine on the outside door.

We liked that their was a kitchenette and good parking. We didn't have chairs in our room for the table but the staff got us a couple quickly.

The room (as I assume all of them) could definitely us an upgrade. There was no ice bucket to get ice nor any cups to drink out of. They shouldn't say anything about any kind of breakfast as there was anything to really chose from. For the price I'd at least have eggs toast and sausage. The bathroom was a little snug and the shower head didn't offer the greatest of pressure. Good stay just not for the price

Finding the hotel was great. Check in was easy just as check out was. The wifi was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft to my liking.

The property didn't have a gym or good breakfast options, aside from that it's a good place to spend the night.

During the night the room got very hot but the heat/air unit would not work. We did not call the desk because it was 1am and did not want to wake our 3 year old who was having surgery that morning. I booked the hotel understanding there would be a continental breakfast in the morning. When we got to the lobby there was coffee ( no sugar), some packets of instant oatmeal ( no bowls) and a few muffins. We were not very happy with the selection. There was not one as the desk.

The check in process was easy but not very friendly. There was a man sleeping in the very small lobby.

Older room with very worn furniture and carpet. Microwave oven didn’t work. Smelled kinda old. No coffee in room (I missed that at booking.)

Location is great. Employees were super kind and hospitable. Convenient parking lot.

Mattress on the bed was hard. Woke up with a back ache. Bathroom was small and not really clean. Hair in the bathtub and sticky floor in the kitchenette.

The carpet floor in the gangway was terribly dirty and smelly. Needs to be replaced urgently. Disgusting. Wifi password was not working though it was my last name. I am pretty sure how to write my last name.

Location is close to the airport. Room was reasonable.

I reserved a queen suite and when I arrived was told they didnt have any more queen suites and that I was upgraded to two queen beds. The beds in the room were NOT Queens but full beds. The ceiling over the shower is falling apart. Did NOT want to risk taking a shower in that. When I came in through the door my shoes were sticking to the ground. When was the last time they mopped.

I liked the location close to various restaurants.

The Front Desk employee, Rawl, is very polite and accommodating. Rooms are clean and halls are quiet.

The rooms hallways and lobby area smelled like mold and outside like the never cleaned or fixed anything beds are not queens they are full size beds but wanna say there queens there a rip off they should be closed down or chrage 45 dollars a night I don’t know how the are 6.3 stars they should atleast be a 2 star horrible dirty and broken

My room had not been cleaned properly. There were shaving hairs from the previous guest on and around the bathroom sink. I also killed a cockroach near the bed.
